I've been a Fridays customer since May 2024, and I've had zero negative issues so far. When I've had questions and reached out to customer service via chat, I've gotten responses fairly quickly (typically within an hour), and they've always been pleasant. I've met with several providers and sought assistance from a registered dietician through Fridays, and everyone has always been helpful. My medication has always arrived on time (2-3 business days). The only reason I'd leave Fridays is if they no longer provide a service or medication I need, or if the cost goes up significantly.
