They have no after service but once I am able to reach them they are great !
I purchased 2 x Europe Esim packs and they sent me only one QR code to install on my device but still missing one. Its has been 48 hrs now and No one contacting me back , no one reply my email and no one reply on whats app. where is the fast service as everyone reviews ??? Shame on Jetpac !!! ******Just wanted to give and updated. Jetpac contacting me and sorted out the problem and I am able to connect Esim in Europe since I touched down. I received the phone called from their staff and apologies for the inconvenience which is very professional. Thank you again to make me trust this brand. Regards Offie
