Japan Crate is where I see one of the best and cutest stationaries. This is my first time trying a giveaway from Japan Inkurate! I love the stationaries because they're so cute and useful. Especially the markers. I'm a growing artist and I want to become a successful Manga creator in Japan! I hope to see more of these cutesy stuff.
I love Inku Crate for the super awesome and cool items they include in each crate. This is great as a gift for anyone you know who loves to collect stationery items.

You get cute stuff each month that is hard to find anywhere else. The variety of things tend to be the same though over time. Also, the price increase for shipping and slow ship times make it sadly not worth the price anymore! Hoping they correct this soon.

I ordered the October 2020 crate in mid September as a birthday gift. Before paying for shipping, I checked their FAQ to ensure the destination post code was eligible for 3-5 business day delivery. It was only after the parcel was dispatched that I was informed my shipping method would be changed to on that would take 10-12 weeks (it took exactly 12 weeks to arrive). As it was a birthday gift, I emailed to cancel, but I was told since it was already delivered there was nothing they could do. Box contents put score above 1.
UPDATE: Still no email response from Japan Crate despite their reply to this review. We even sent them our contact details in response to their request for information. It is very difficult to accept your reply. If it is a six-month auto-renew subscription, why weren't we charged in July? Answer: because we cancelled our subscription before July! I believe that a technical error has occurred. We just want a refund and we will be happy. We can not afford your services and just want our money back to feed our family. Please listen to us Japan Crate and look after your customers!!! Be careful with this company!!! My wife bought a six month subscription for my daughter's birthday in January 2020. Then we cancelled the subscription as we only wanted six months (we didn't get all our boxes but we understand they have shipping problems). Now we've just been charged for another six month subscription that we didn't even order! We spoke to PayPal and they said that they can't do anything. We've emailed Japan Crate but haven't had a response. So now we're out of pocket for items we don't even want. So disappointed!!
My name is Flora, I am very unhappy with this company. I ordered a Japan Premium Crate, three-month prepaid on Dec. 17, 2020, for my granddaughter. She has not received the January crate of today (Jan. 28th). I have written several emails inquiring about shipment of candy. I received a response on January 15, 2021, indicating candy would be shipped in ten days & I would receive an automated tracking #. This has not happened. I am tired of being given the run-around. I need answers.

Real class act this company, decided to delete negative comments for pointing out that a crate ordered a month ago has tracking and yet doesn't appear to have been handed over to carriers. It is entirely reasonable to assume it may be lost. Moreover this isn't the first time or even the third time crates have been stuck in chaos for over a month. While the pandemic bears some blame, it appears to be an attempt at nickel-and-diming to change carriers four or five times this year alone while its sister company Sugoi Mart is coming through with DHL at the same speed as all other box companies I have dealt with. The haplessness they are showing is just unacceptable
Love the items in the crate. One item came with a defect and after contacting customer services, they very promptly sent another which arrived very quickly even though it came from Japan. It wasn’t even Japan Crate at fault but they were happy to replace it. Great service :)
Per questa situazione di covid ci ha messo tre mesi e passa ad arrivare. In più chiedendo al supporto continuavano a ripetere sempre le solite cose, senza effettivamente darmi una risposta concreta. Il tracciamento nella mail è inutile perché da me stava ancora in jap ed è arrivato. Non so sinceramente cosa pensare, ma mi ricordo che anche due anni fa non mi trovai benissimo con questo Crate. Volevo provare per vedere se fosse cambiato qualcosa ma non penso tornerò più ad acquistarlo.
