I was so excited to order from Japan…
I was so excited to order from Japan Crate and my first experience was great. Although I didn’t feel the products were actually worth what I paid for the crates, they were well received as gifts and the recipients were happy. Come January 5, 2021 my crate renews and I have yet to receive any shipping information or any response to my 7 emails sent for the status of my January box. This was a continued gift for my granddaughter and it is frustrating that you can’t get a response from the company. My only recourse will be to cancel my subscription and file a dispute with my credit card company. Come on Japan Crate you can do better than this! So after I placed this information on Tristpilot, guess who contacted me? Yup Japan Crate! So they did resolve the issue, but it shouldn’t take countless emails, then finally respond because the issue was posted here.
