Japan Crate

Quite pleasant assisstance, good, fast and simple working site,productivity of the staff is remarkable and quite heart lifting, I have nothing else to say but to wish for this momentum to continue. 9/10, the 1 being always there for improvement, no matter how blinded we are by our experience, there is always space to be better.

I absolutely love the Pokemon stuff. The ability to find more than just pokemon cards and plushies. If your a major fan you need this stuff in your life!

The creativity and choice is amazing

When I signed up in October 2019 I used a code to get a free crate. Although I did receive the November crate the free crate for signing up never arrived. I wrote to them over a month later and was told not to worry I would receive it by January. Well that came and went and still I didn't have the crate although the regular monthly crate was still arriving. I wrote to them 2 more times which I never received ANY reply. Finally in October 2020 I wrote to them a fourth time and they responded to tell me they would send it out right away. Only 2 months later I received another email from them saying that I wouldn't be getting it.

I have found inkucrate to be full of awesome products, especially all the cute little stationery pens and the totally random little animal flake stickers.

So far from what I see, I like the items in their boxes.

I ordered a Japan Crate on December 9, 2020. I was shocked that I never received an order confirmation or a shipping notification. I had to email them in order to receive this information. It is currently February 7, 2021 and I never received my order. I emailed them twice at the end of January asking for help, but never got a reply. EDIT 2/21/21 A few days after I made a public complaint: they responded. I asked for a refund, at least for the shipping and it was given to me. I generally understand that with COVID and change of shipping companies, they're having a hard time. Besides lack of communication, it's not all their fault. I have bought from Inku Crate as a gift in the past and I loved that experience. Right now however, might not be the best time to purchase. As of right now, I still have not received anything and I am worried that as more time passes the contents of the Japan Crate won't be that safe to eat. My advice to you: If you're going to buy, expect to wait a while. If you don't get a reply from them, make a public review to let yourself be known. Based off of my experience and other peoples reviews, it seems like you'll get a response after public reviews.

candies and snacks should be full size yet sometimes we get a gum as one of the items. shipping is also a bit slow, but what can u exepct when theres a pandemic. overall the candy is nice but a bit expensive since pricing has gone up.

I'm still waiting for my box, it's been 3 weeks now but things can be slow through swedish customs so I'm still hopeful. Looks like the content is going to be good! I will update this review when I have my box.
