So you can reply to trust pilot reviews but not your emails i sent a message via the website. Im still waiting for a response and i have had no shipping updates i ordered on the 9th and ive heard nothing. Was told would ship in 5 to 10 days and i would get an email and i haven't. I spent 46 dollars on a crate and i havnt recieved anything not very good when its my first time ordering. Conaidering cancelling my subscription which is a shame cause i was super excited. My support ticket number is 320948 if you can be bothered to respond.
