Getting the Job done
We recently completed a comprehensive home remodel with Jackson’s Design, led by refurbishment consultant Ana Tonial. Ana brought exceptional project management skills and deep industry knowledge, guiding us through every phase—from design and planning to execution. As with many construction projects, we encountered unforeseen challenges, budget recalibrations, and tough decisions. What set Ana apart was her transparency and steady communication. She kept us informed at every step, even when the updates weren’t always easy to hear. Thanks to her tenacity and responsiveness, the project was completed to a high standard. We’re truly delighted with the transformation and the aesthetic outcome. The journey wasn’t without its bumps, but the result speaks for itself.

Avoid at all costs. Very poor customer service throughout the tenancy, but particularly on vacating the property. Any opportunity to take your money, the Clapham office will - hidden fees and deductions are a constant. Incompetence is often masked with a perceived 'busyness' in their office and communication is severely lacking. Relaying false information between the landlord and tenants was a nice touch too. I won't be ever using this estate agent again.

Run away for letting with them
We had a great experience with the agency where looking for a place to rent. As soon as the lease agreement was signed it has been a nightmare and ever since... Broken shower never fixed after 1 month, major leak from roof never investigated, power outage within the flat ... Adding on top of that a messy flat with dirts , carpets and nothing clean before we moved in. And bad feeling of no one caring even though the rent is expensive.

Clapham office
Clapham office: Offer ended up falling through. Property described as share of freehold, but it was never explained that this means there is actually a lease on the property (which was only 54 years). Advertised as having planning permission for a loft extension, but the agent would not provide information about when the permission expired, even when asked (we found out from our solicitor that it was only 6 months away which was not sufficient). The manager of the agent phoned to convince us to buy anyway, which we said we would not do without extensions of the lease and the planning permission. The manager hung up mid conversation which we felt was extremely rude.
