Getting the Job done
We recently completed a comprehensive home remodel with Jackson’s Design, led by refurbishment consultant Ana Tonial. Ana brought exceptional project management skills and deep industry knowledge, guiding us through every phase—from design and planning to execution. As with many construction projects, we encountered unforeseen challenges, budget recalibrations, and tough decisions. What set Ana apart was her transparency and steady communication. She kept us informed at every step, even when the updates weren’t always easy to hear. Thanks to her tenacity and responsiveness, the project was completed to a high standard. We’re truly delighted with the transformation and the aesthetic outcome. The journey wasn’t without its bumps, but the result speaks for itself.

Excellent Property and Design/Refurbishment teams
Jacksons has been managing and letting my property for over 17 years and I’ve always been happy with their services. I’ve had the most contact with Kimberley the property manager who is excellent - very prompt, professional and knowledgeable - and she has given excellent advice. Most recently there was a big project which was led by Ana in the Design and Refurbishment department. I cannot speak highly enough of how well she managed this project which included unexpected surprises and changes whilst keeping the work on track and keeping me informed at all times.

Jackson’s have been our letting agents for nearly a decade. In that time we have been particularly fortunate to have always been able to rely on Anna Tonial for help organising property maintenance and refurbishment. Anna is knowledgeable, efficient , understands both the landlord’s and tenant’s needs, and how to make things work for all. We have come to totally trust her judgement and her efficiency. As a small landlord living away from London she has been invaluable as a relied upon agent. She has once again been exemplary in preparing for a redecoration and minor refurbishment. ABSOLUTELY HORRENDOUS EXPERIENCE – AVOID AT ALL COSTS! This agency is nothing short of a disgrace. From the moment you engage with Jacksons, it becomes painfully clear that they care about one thing and one thing only: commission. They will mislead, pressure, and manipulate you at every opportunity to squeeze more money out of you—ethics and transparency are completely absent from their playbook. Even under force majeure circumstances, where any decent agency would show some flexibility or understanding, Jacksons remained cold, ruthless, and greedy. They refused to show an ounce of compassion or professional courtesy—just more invoices, more fees, more excuses. As a first-time landlord, I was hoping for some guidance and support, but instead I was met with incompetence and negligence at every turn. Their communication was inconsistent, dismissive, and often outright wrong. I had to correct their mistakes multiple times—everything from messed-up tenancy agreements to inaccurate property listings. Jacksons are not just unhelpful—they are actively harmful. Their unprofessionalism is staggering, and they operate with a blatant disregard for your time, money, and trust. If you’re considering working with them—don’t. You’ll regret every moment.
