Getting the Job done
We recently completed a comprehensive home remodel with Jackson’s Design, led by refurbishment consultant Ana Tonial. Ana brought exceptional project management skills and deep industry knowledge, guiding us through every phase—from design and planning to execution. As with many construction projects, we encountered unforeseen challenges, budget recalibrations, and tough decisions. What set Ana apart was her transparency and steady communication. She kept us informed at every step, even when the updates weren’t always easy to hear. Thanks to her tenacity and responsiveness, the project was completed to a high standard. We’re truly delighted with the transformation and the aesthetic outcome. The journey wasn’t without its bumps, but the result speaks for itself.

Jacksons have been great to work with - Enrico in particular is very dilligent and always there to support both me and my tennants. Living abroad makes this especially valuable as I know I have someone I can trust looking after my flat for me

Jacksons are area great at dealing with our rental property maintenance issues. There can be some delay due to waiting on approval from our landlord who is often out of the country, but they are always communicative and open about this when it happens. We deal regularly with Ana Hudson and Marta Hudon who both are great representatives of the company - polite and efficient whenever we speak.

Great customer focused service
We’ve been renting with Jacksons for about 18 months now. Having had quite bad experiences of estate agents, thankfully Jacksons have really challenged my doubts. Jamie Nash has dealt with a number of issues that have cropped up with our house and he’s been incredibly helpful and efficient when needed. Especially given our landlord lives abroad and the time difference would impact sign off on a solution. For example we received a new washing machine within 5 days of reporting the issue which we were very satisfied with.

I have been renting with Jacksons for 2 years now and they are the best agency i had in London. It's really reassuring to have kind people that can help you out no matter what the issue is. I would definitely recommend them. My property managers - Ana and Marta are fantastic and couldn't thank them enough for all the help!

A real-estate agent who don't mind invading people's property to drop of their spam advertising despite being asked not to. Maybe they can still be trusted to sell a property. Who knows
