Getting the Job done
We recently completed a comprehensive home remodel with Jackson’s Design, led by refurbishment consultant Ana Tonial. Ana brought exceptional project management skills and deep industry knowledge, guiding us through every phase—from design and planning to execution. As with many construction projects, we encountered unforeseen challenges, budget recalibrations, and tough decisions. What set Ana apart was her transparency and steady communication. She kept us informed at every step, even when the updates weren’t always easy to hear. Thanks to her tenacity and responsiveness, the project was completed to a high standard. We’re truly delighted with the transformation and the aesthetic outcome. The journey wasn’t without its bumps, but the result speaks for itself.

Professional and knowledgeable estate agents
After wasting 12 weeks with Andrews, we switched to Jackson’s and we’re immediately impressed by their approach, we had lots of viewings and feedback was always provided. After a few weeks we got a buyer, so a big thank you to Kirk for that. Sophie who handled the sale process was fantastic at keeping me up to date with everything that was happening during our challenging sale. Helen, the branch manager, was great when I wasn't sure how best to manage the sale (having been with another agent previously), and Sophie was excellent managing the sales process through. Nice, helpful, hands on staff

Sophie was awesome.
Sophie at Jacksons Balham was so amazing. We had a very long drawn out, painful sale and the only thing that made it bearable was Sophie. She made us feel like there was at least some control in the selling process and walked us through each part of the process as they continued to come up. We didn't feel supported by our solicitors at all and relied on Sophie to help us understand what was required from each party involved. She was always easy to get in touch with and was always able to help keep us calm when the stress levels were going through the roof.
