Getting the Job done
We recently completed a comprehensive home remodel with Jackson’s Design, led by refurbishment consultant Ana Tonial. Ana brought exceptional project management skills and deep industry knowledge, guiding us through every phase—from design and planning to execution. As with many construction projects, we encountered unforeseen challenges, budget recalibrations, and tough decisions. What set Ana apart was her transparency and steady communication. She kept us informed at every step, even when the updates weren’t always easy to hear. Thanks to her tenacity and responsiveness, the project was completed to a high standard. We’re truly delighted with the transformation and the aesthetic outcome. The journey wasn’t without its bumps, but the result speaks for itself.

Jacksons have been great to work with - Enrico in particular is very dilligent and always there to support both me and my tennants. Living abroad makes this especially valuable as I know I have someone I can trust looking after my flat for me

Ι have been renting in Streatham for 12 years! It's really the first time after the team of Jackson's helped me rent a new flat to make it at home that everything went so smoothly! Letting Agent for my Streatham flat
I have been very happy with Kimberley Rockliffe's management of the letting of my flat in Streatham. She is pro-active and efficient in all aspects of its management, exceptionally prompt, polite and friendly. Long may she remain as my contact with Jacksons. I would give Kimberley a 5 star rating: the 4 stars reflects an earlier period a few years ago when I was not fully satisfied with Jacksons' service.

I have known Shernitta for a few years…
I have known Shernitta for a few years now and she has never disappointed me. She is a very likeable person and easy to talk to. She has the ability to find solutions whether on technical issues or more problematic ones. She also has the ability to understand various perspectives and excel in finding creative solutions to challenges, making it more likely to reach satisfying resolutions for all parties involved. Overall Shernitta is a very dedicated and effective member of Jacksons Estate Agency and I'm very grateful she's head of the Balham team.

Avoid renting with these agents at all…
Avoid renting with these agents at all costs. Jacksons pressured me into signing a tenancy agreement and paying move moneys some 7 weeks before my move in date. They proceeded to fail to get the landlord to sign and left me without a home 1 week before my move-in day. They have continued to hold my money and not offered me any compensation for the situation they put me in.

Avoid.
Coerced into signing a longer contract than originally offered against the wishes of the landlady, refusal to allow tenant replacement and a new tenancy agreement with longterm tenants providing no downside to their bottom line and terrible communication if you're just a tenant.
