We recently completed a comprehensive home remodel with Jackson’s Design, led by refurbishment consultant Ana Tonial. Ana brought exceptional project management skills and deep industry knowledge, guiding us through every phase—from design and planning to execution. As with many construction projects, we encountered unforeseen challenges, budget recalibrations, and tough decisions. What set Ana apart was her transparency and steady communication. She kept us informed at every step, even when the updates weren’t always easy to hear. Thanks to her tenacity and responsiveness, the project was completed to a high standard. We’re truly delighted with the transformation and the aesthetic outcome. The journey wasn’t without its bumps, but the result speaks for itself.
Jacksons have been great to work with - Enrico in particular is very dilligent and always there to support both me and my tennants. Living abroad makes this especially valuable as I know I have someone I can trust looking after my flat for me
Since working with Ledj, I have found her to be incredibly supportive. Her communications are speedy and personal, and she seems to care about giving the best service she can.

I'm currently renting through Jacksons Estate Agency in Streatham (Streatham Hill) and have had an excellent experience throughout. I have rented throughout London for ~10 years and this has been the best experience I have had with an estate agency. The viewing process, offer, review, and acceptance was done within a 24hr turnaround time, with all three of the properties we viewed on that day being close to or matching our expectations. Our main point of contact, Elizabeth Blackwood, has been helpful in communicating and resolving any issues and answering any questions; similarly, the maintenance and corrections done to the property by Ghigo were efficient and timely, both were a pleasure to work with. I strongly recommend anyone in the SW London area to work with the above.

Incessant with phone calls. I’ve requested more than 8 times to only receive emails and not phone calls as I have been getting calls non stop during my working day. I’ve been property shopping for a long time and know what I’m looking for, so want to see pictures/location/specs in an email or online before I’d agree to view in any case, so there is absolutely nothing I need to be phoned for that I can’t pick up or follow up on via email. Despite this, I got 7 phone calls in one day from different Jackson’s agents (1 even called back a second time in the afternoon after I’d politely requested not to be contacted via phone only that morning). Each and every call I was told they would make a note on the system of my preference to only receive emails and never phone calls, which obviously never happened as the calls kept coming. I’ve also been getting duplicate emails from the same agent for the same property on multiple times. Other than blocking each number that calls, I don’t really know what to do anymore because I do want to be able to be contacted if it is specifically on a property that I have actually enquired on. Just not the countless phone calls for properties I have no intention of viewing (particularly not blindly).

We rented an apartment in Tooting, London under Jackson's estate agents. All teams in Jackson's were good and professional. The property management team, Shernitta Hutchinson specifically, were really good, quick to help and easy to communicate with. Many thanks!

Shocking service provided by jacksons in tooting. Where to start! The day we were due to move in we turned up and the cleaners were still there. They had drenched the sofas and beds to a point where it took two days to dry out and we couldn't sleep on them. We weren't offered a apology and from the start, Jacksons were very argumentative and defensive. We were offered £100 between two to get a hotel for a night in London! We have had multiple issues with the flat all of which have yet to be fixed/refused to be fixed quoting you rented the flat as seen! these include broken tiles that slam against the building keeping us up, a broken dryer, Terrible blinds that don't block any light. After all these issues they then asked if we could drop the landlord's post over to jackson's office as they couldn't be bothered to come and collect it. Incredibly unresponsive and a nightmare to deal with!

Fantastic service from start to finish! The sales team were lightning fast to respond to queries and kept us updated at all times. I would have no hesitation in recommending Jacksons to anyone wishing to sell their house.

Extremely rude manager ‘Jay’ who speaks over you and won’t let you speak. Try’s to belittle you and shut the conversation down without wanting to really understand about the real problem of a tenant causing problems.

I don't usually write reviews, but unfortunately we had various issues with Jacksons throughout the whole house sale process that it's important to share: 1) Initially received a letter that a specific couple were interested in the house; this never came to fruition and was just to get themselves through the door; 2) House was initially valued extremely unrealistically, again, to try to lure clients in; bear this in mind if you get given a high valuation from Jacksons Streatham - within a week they recommended reducing the price by 9% just prior to going live, and 2 weeks after that they tried to get us to reduce a further 7%. Once we had a sale agreed (which was actually above the price they were trying to reduce it to for a quick sale), they refused to mark the property as 'sold' on Rightmove, instead, they increased the price on Rightmove so that when they take their marketing brochures to new potential clients, they can pretend they got a higher price for the property than they did; 3) I was in for one of the viewings and the agent did not give the potential buyer any information about the house except 'this is the kitchen, this is the bathroom' - we had given Jacksons a lot of information about the property, including the architectural designs for potential loft conversion which we left on display - the agent didn't even mention this key information (or any other information) to the viewer. On another viewing, I heard a different agent telling the potential buyer that the house had planning permission to go into the loft (this was false information - we had only ever told Jacksons that it had architectural designs, so they send misleading messages to potential buyers); 4) No 'for sale' board was ever put up outside the house - only a 'sold' sign once it was sold; 5) Jacksons Streatham had one of our keys to let buyers in, but on 2 occasions they didn't have the key and required us to be home because it wasn't appropriately kept in the office (apparently was in another agents car) - we were concerned the key had been lost; 6) Our photos were rather poor. Additionally, we have a very new and modern bathroom which is a great selling point on the property - we were told that we couldn't have a bathroom photo on our ad as that's Jacksons policy - I've subsequently seen various other Jacksons ads that do indeed have a bathroom photo (clearly they didn't want to pay for photos to be redone when the bathroom had been missed); 7) When we got an offer on the property, I responded on a phone call with a higher counter offer. Jacksons were pushing back saying not to do this and to accept the offer, however, I said no we would like to put forward the counter offer which my husband and I had agreed. Moments later Jacksons called my husband rather than the buyer, undermining me, trying to get him to accept the offer. Of course, my husband had the same view as me and the agent had to put forward our counter, which actually got accepted. 8) When discussing all my issues with a friend, I found out that they were also having significant issues with Jacksons and were thinking about taking legal action - so seems to be a common theme...

Michael Ajayi has been managing my property for many years. Michael is excellent at his role, providing a consistent professional high quality service. Michael is very responsive and capable. I would not hesitate to recommend Jacksons landlord management service as a result. On the occasions when Michael has been on holiday, the support provided by his colleagues has also been excellent.
