We recently completed a comprehensive home remodel with Jackson’s Design, led by refurbishment consultant Ana Tonial. Ana brought exceptional project management skills and deep industry knowledge, guiding us through every phase—from design and planning to execution. As with many construction projects, we encountered unforeseen challenges, budget recalibrations, and tough decisions. What set Ana apart was her transparency and steady communication. She kept us informed at every step, even when the updates weren’t always easy to hear. Thanks to her tenacity and responsiveness, the project was completed to a high standard. We’re truly delighted with the transformation and the aesthetic outcome. The journey wasn’t without its bumps, but the result speaks for itself.
Jacksons have been great to work with - Enrico in particular is very dilligent and always there to support both me and my tennants. Living abroad makes this especially valuable as I know I have someone I can trust looking after my flat for me
Since working with Ledj, I have found her to be incredibly supportive. Her communications are speedy and personal, and she seems to care about giving the best service she can.

I have just started with this letting agency and it has been a great and surprisingly easy process so far. I was worried about moving to London and becoming part of a faceless sea of tennants. However, our property manager Kerry has been amazing - always answering my questions (however many annoying emails I send on a Monday morning).

I've had my ups and downs with Jacksons, including some incredibly poor service (they both let and manage a rental property I have in Balham) but it seems to have got a bit better of late and I'm very happy with my current property manager Kerry Dunmall who is always responsive and proactive.

More than half the properties listed on right move and zoopla in the Balham/Tooting Bec area aren't even available and haven't been for weeks. I called and submitted an email enquiry but every single property I asked about had been let, some weeks ago, and a week later (as I'm writing this) they are still listed. Once you've made the enquiry you get dozens of calls and emails every day with properties that are way above your price range or just completely unsuitable. If I were making an informed guess, I'd say the ads remain active to bait people so that they can spam you. It's utterly frustrating, especially given that moving is incredibly stressful. I appreciate that London properties go quickly and they can't always be removed instantly, I have lived there before, but this is just a really appalling way of reeling people in to disappoint and upsell to them. It's not just Jacksons that do this obviously but they were the most prolific when I was searching. To top it off I got a pretty rude phone call after asking to be removed from their database asking if I was still looking. I said no, I had found a place, and he abruptly demanded to know where and with who. It's not your business, and you shouldn't even have my number on file once I've requested it be removed.
