Getting the Job done
We recently completed a comprehensive home remodel with Jackson’s Design, led by refurbishment consultant Ana Tonial. Ana brought exceptional project management skills and deep industry knowledge, guiding us through every phase—from design and planning to execution. As with many construction projects, we encountered unforeseen challenges, budget recalibrations, and tough decisions. What set Ana apart was her transparency and steady communication. She kept us informed at every step, even when the updates weren’t always easy to hear. Thanks to her tenacity and responsiveness, the project was completed to a high standard. We’re truly delighted with the transformation and the aesthetic outcome. The journey wasn’t without its bumps, but the result speaks for itself.

Jacksons have been great to work with - Enrico in particular is very dilligent and always there to support both me and my tennants. Living abroad makes this especially valuable as I know I have someone I can trust looking after my flat for me

Kerry Dunmall has been my agent for a few months now and she has been great! I have been in my rental property for about a year and half, during that time I have had 3 agents and a long list of things that needed to be fixed and seen to. Prior to Kerry nothing got done and the lines of communication were poor. Kerry immediately got things done and seen to in a professional and efficient manner. She is extremely organised and her means of communication are great, she is constantly keeping me informed on the status of each job. I have been very happy with Kerry’s work and appreciate what she has done thus far.

Jamie Nash - Earlsfield property
We had some issues with the flat since moving in and our requests for help fell on deaf ears/ were ignored/ no updates given as to status on getting them sorted... then Jamie was tagged in to look after us and sorted everything really timely, providing updates and managing our expectations. We were pretty disappointed previously and quite disgruntled with Jackson’s but since Jamie started on the account we have been really happy. Even the things he can’t sort immediately we don’t mind because he’s been empathetic about it and it’s out of his control (landlord decision). 5/5.

Nothing was too much trouble....
The entire team at Jacksons were fantastic in finding me a new tenant and Jamie Nash was extremely helpful with organising trades people to carry out some routine repairs to my flat. He went out of his way to find the cheapest quote for me, very professional and nothing was too much trouble. Thoroughly recommend Jacksons.

Great for sorting issues when you’re overseas
Jackson’s have been great for me as I live in Australia. When I had a leak in my flat which caused damage to the flat below, there were able to sort it out as I would have been unable to do anything being so far away.
