Answered all questions that I had prior to purchase. After purchase, the unit and accessories purchased arrived in a timely manner. I purchased the 24k BTU, single head DIY unit. The unit was installed in approximately 7-8 hours, which included running all the 220 electric and drilling through foundation. The unit has been operating for about a week. So far, so good. Too early to give a detailed review.

Ordered a new A-Coil for my HVAC. It arrived quickly and was well packaged.

Great people to work with. Ordered Mr cool diy air conditioner, shipped with in the 1-2 days as stated. Unfortunately the UPS FREIGHT WAS A DIFFERENT STORY. They shipped the item from Kentucky and it arrived in Syracuse NY with in 2 days but then I got a call and was told I had to wait a week to receive the item. A week later ups called me again and said I have to wait another week for them to deliver it. I called Ingrams and within 30 min the problem was resolved. They called ups and made them bring it out the following day. Arrived before noon. Great customer service.

Received a 36K Mr Cool in good time. It was a scratch and dent and did have damage to the fins. It functioned properly when installed, so far…. The issue was with the freight company, T-Force. Ingram’s written instructions were to inspect the unit regardless if the driver wanted to wait or not. This driver told me he would not wait and would load it back on the truck if I wanted. I needed the unit, and did not want to argue with the driver even after I showed him the written instructions from Ingram’s. Hopefully the unit does not fail. Please get your freight handlers in line with your requirements.

As always Brandy is always fun friendly and professional. She knew exactly whoni was when I called and had just the right part for my job. Great price and installation was easy and looks great.

Wrong part got sent! Board went out on my system and have been attempting to order. It's been an absolute headache as shipping time took forever. Once we finally got the part it was the wrong one. My issue is still not resolved and the only answer I can get back is "well they only made a few of that model so its going to be hard to find the board." with no room for compensation in any means. My office is hot or freezing cold depending on the outside temp as my system doesn't work at all. I am so dissatisfied. I wish I would have never even saw this stupid thing.
