I ask a lot of questions... my equipment shipped out quickly although the shipping company didn't deliver very quickly... everything arrived and shipping was free. Can't beat that... HVAC Package Unit under warranty, Ingrams could not locate a 1/2 HP four speed motor, they gave up and sent a generic (Trade Pro)1/3 HP three speed motor. I thought Mr Cool was obligated to keep replacement parts available for warranty claim. However my contact at Ingrams was terrific.

Recieved the replacement DIY outside unit quickly. Got answers to my questions from Kenny how to replace it. Swapped it out with no issues. Works like a dream! Cool breezes!

First off I've been in the HVAC wholesale business for thirty eight years. You have a good selection of equipment, you had what I wanted. Ordering was easy, the credit card transaction worked during business hours. Shipping and delivery was good for coming half way across the country, and to a residential neighborhood. It also came undamaged, YES. Why did I purchase it from you when I could of purchased it from any wholesaler in town, your price and included freight with a discount to boot. Besides that's just how I am. I haven't looked at it yet to see if its a Gree or a Madea or a! I'll figure it out if and when I need parts. While I haven’t yet installed my Mr. Cool mini split unit & I therefore don’t know if it is functioning properly or not, let me say it arrived undamaged & it arrived on time & I am so far extremely pleased with the service Ingram’s has provided me from start to finish. This is the second time we ordered due to getting the wrong part and we still had to pay shipping. Was not our fault so we should not of had to pay $200.00

I received my new AC units and one was damaged during shipping. I made one call and everything was taken care of. Received the replacement in two days. I will do business with them again.
