I have called tech support line three…
I have called tech support line three times over three days and emailed once. I have yet to hear from anyone at Ingrams Water & Air or Mr Cool. It appears I made a big mistake buying your product, that will not happen again. Ingrams has left me on my own with zero support so it looks like I am stuck with paying for any repairs. Not a good way to do business. !@#$%^&*(
