HVAC Package Unit under warranty
HVAC Package Unit under warranty, Ingrams could not locate a 1/2 HP four speed motor, they gave up and sent a generic (Trade Pro)1/3 HP three speed motor. I thought Mr Cool was obligated to keep replacement parts available for warranty claim. However my contact at Ingrams was terrific.
