They need to follow app on any…

They need to follow app on any complaints instead of telling people that they're going to call them back and then just send an email to disregard them. Customer service is terrible. My equipment was damaged and Ingrams blamed it on the shipping company. And the shipping company says no. Ingrims has no business selling equipment that they know nothing about. I'm still waiting for that call back.

Great customer service from Kenney and…

Great customer service from Kenney and Elizabeth. Answered all questions . Shipping was very fast and in just a few days our new Mr. Cool condenser is installed and wife is very happy again. First time Ingrams customer and very impressed . Great team!!!

A/c coil replacement for a year old unit

I had a leak in my year old unit, tech confirmed this and Ingrams did not take long to ship out another coil so I can be cool again, shipping and everything else was free. A real stand up company in my opinion, wouldn't hesitate to buy items from them again

Tech Support, Customer Service, forget about it!

I am a property manager with several properties. I'm also a certified AC tech. This was my second system order with Ingrams. I ordered a Trane runtrue system because it has a full 10-year warranty on the entire system. I had a simple question about charging the system with the weigh-in method. I called in and couldn't get anyone to answer, so I left a message. I finally received a call a week later from a young lady that said she was going to open a ticket for a tech to call me. My thought was what is the purpose of that? I just need a tech to call me. Another week passed and I called back multiple times trying any and all extensions to get anyone on the phone. I finally got a salesperson to answer. He said he would have a tech call me back shortly. Several hours later someone called me and couldn't answer my simple question about charging the system. I asked if I needed to add more refrigerant due to having an inline filter dryer. He couldn't answer the question and referred me to Trane. I felt he should call Trane, get the information and come back to me. If he was concerned about providing a full resolution, that is what he would have done. Instead, he gave me a phone number for Trane support. The number was invalid and was out of service. I called Trane directly and asked for help and they refused. I explained that the dealer directed me to them, but they would not help citing they didn't want to talk to homeowners. I explained I was a property manager with AC credentials and my question was an easy simple one. Still the lady would not budge or offer any help. Basically, Ingrams tech support is worthless if you can get them. Customer service is lacking to the point it's hard to get anyone on the phone. If they can't handle the easy stuff, how will they handle the difficult calls? Now, Trane has a big reputation. I'm very disappointed they won't offer any support unless, you are a registered dealer. I will have to reconsider if I buy from Ingrams or even Trane for my next project. What good is the warranty if there is no support.

I ordered and opened the wrong model…

I ordered and opened the wrong model Mr. Coo. It had been several months. I was allowed to order the correct Model, paying only shipping back. Thanks for the understanding approach to business.

Ingrams sales staff was very helpful, great quality.

Ingrams sales staff was very helpful and professional, the 2-3 ton universal unit I bought from them was perfect for my home. I received the unit in perfect condition, the install was simple and flawless, I love the quick connect lines, it allowed me to do a complete DIY install. I did change the unit from 3 ton to 2 ton mode because the unit is very efficient and cooled my 1600 sqtf home quickly. I do recommend that you do your research prior to installing if you have never done an install before. This is my third centra a/c install I’ve done and by far the easiest. I love the fact that mr. cool is making these units and giving the homeowner the ability to do the install. So far my unit is running flawlessly without any issues or concerns. The quality of this unit is impressive.

From first call to install… Excellence!

From first call to install, Ingram's rocks! Tammy helped me with my order. Every question was either answered or researched, confirmed and answered. The sales experience was EXCELLENT. The order completed and delivery information went perfectly. The delivery timing was communicated well and the actual delivery went smoothly. I would order from Ingram's again anytime. It's great when a company does so well with their processes. Especially great that I called and spoke with a REAL HUMAN who knew their products and did not BS me when I asked a question they could not answer. They researched my question and got back to me quickly. Stop shopping around for pricing. Their pricing was competitive and in my situation actually lower than other sources for the same items.

This unit seems like a generic version…

This unit seems like a generic version of a brand name system.Does not seem like any type of normal train. My technician has had nothing but issues thus far with installation. No clear instructions , having to research everything for this particular unit. Model number was even hard to locate. Upon ordering it said it included the installation kit. Which it did not, everything had to be ordered separate for it, even filers. Stickers are not even placed on it , just packed along with it.

no they won’t return my phone calls

no they won’t return my phone calls. just bought a unit and it came with a bad board and transformer. need to get it replaced but they won’t answer there phone. ! please call me so i can get this taken care of. ! just sent you business too!
