Ingram's website is well laid out and it's easy to find exactly what you're looking for. All of the HVAC components have specifications and sizes that will help you figure out exactly which components fit your needs. When ordering I couldn't remember my passwords as I had ordered before 8 years ago and so I called the phone number and it was helped immediately to complete my order. The order was shipped on time and arrived a bit early. The delivery driver was helpful with the unloading and positioning of the units that I ordered. Overall, it was a great experience!

I bought a returned mini split unit and found out I had a bad board. They hooked me up with Mr Cool and wow. They sent me a new condenser within a week. Just great service. I will buy all my ac units from them in the future. Awesome company

My installer tried to exchange my air handler (still brand new and not taken from its box )because I ordered the wrong one.I know it’s my error but Ingrams did not even return either one of his phone calls for two days in a row to give us an answer on a compatible one for an exchange During an AC breakdown of my only unit .

The representative understood what part I was trying to find, even though it wasn't in the online catalog, and was able to locate it and get it sent out. Very helpful and honest.
