Ingram's has a really good website with really good information about the MrCool heat pumps and reviews are pretty positive all over the internet. I reached out after I ordered my 3 ton DIY 4 th gen. about a couple of installation questions and had positive results from live employees. I am installing now so I don't know about long term reliability but MrCool has good reviews and is a pretty simple machine so I have good feelings overall.

The shipping experience was horrific the unit arrived on a broken pallet only maybe half a pallet I was called one time they said it would arrive Monday between 10 and 1pm it didn't come until the next day I had to call to find out a time they said from 1 to 3pm it didn't come until 430 pm when I called to find out what was going on the 3rd time they said the driver took his lunch thats why they are running behind .. wth!!!! Like Im not hungry or thirsty I was waiting at the jobsite since 10am to 430 pm never once did I get a phone call sayn there sorry they are running late , or did I receive my package, NOTHING!!! HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE..

Lots of Help when trying to decide what unit to get

They stayed at it till was more than right. But also have cudo's for Averitt shipping who they used on shipping out. But the returns were done by XPO , where the worst office people l have dealt with. The driver's were fine , personally l would never use XPO. Ingram's did good dealing with a 72 year old. Would recommend them but read the return rules carefully, especially when they use XPO. It may not matter if you're paying.

Having a knowledgeable kind customer service team to guide me in ordering the part I needed was a breath of fresh air. Got the right part ordered and shipped quickly and was able to have the part I needed available for a Mr. Cool minisplit fix. This was crucial because of the Texas summer being extreme and not having AC repair companies close by who could perform the work.
