I've had several questions regarding my 48K, 4 zone, Mr Cool system. Eric Willie has been helping me through out the process and has been amazing!! I had to order an additional lineset, and couplings, and Eric placed the order and the parts arrived quickly. The sales person I dealt with John had the information and knowledge I needed in reference to the type of AC unit. I wanted to install this go around. This is my second Mr. cool unit I have purchased this will be the only company I go through to make any future purchases, I like their honesty, professionalism and getting the product shipped out to me quickly. These are the folks I would recommend.
Experience helped installing this second unit quicker than the first. Noticed the electric line set individual wires were not labeled 1, 2, 3 on the three wires that connect to the condenser as they were on the first unit purchased so I had to check how that one was wired. The the electrical draw is gradual when starting and increases the harder the condenser has to work. It works wonderfully and cools a room in a jiffy. Since there's no dust from ducts and it cleans the air as well as dehumidify the air if building a new house I would install these mini splits instead of traditional HVAC units. I think these do a better job if configured to the house properly and on solar there's nothing that compares to getting the most from the least amount of electricity. I put up some shade cloth ten feet above the condenser to keep it and the area it gets its intake air from in the shade which also keeps the brick foundation cooler and the unit does not have to work as hard. Will remove to gain sunshine in the winter. Ingrams sent the units out quickly and I would recommend them and this product to anyone. I'm very pleased.

After doing much research on the Mr. Kool mini splits, and finding out that I could buy them at Home Depot in Amazon and Lowe’s I found out that Ingraham‘s heating and cooling carry them also. That being said, I was a little apprehensive to buy off of Lowe’s Home Depot or Amazon because you can’t really talk to a person about these and that new about them other than YouTube videos which I got a ton of information on. And then one of those videos a guy recommended Ingrams because of the good care of that he got from them and was able to talk to a live person. So that prompted me to make a call to Ingram and sure enough I was able to talk to a live person and get all the info I needed and knowing that they have a resource to go to if I would have any trouble installing it or setting it up and the guy that I talk to was so helpful and courteous that being said I bought from them on the phone had it delivered within a week. I put the air handler in in an hour, and then left on vacation for a week and yet to install the heat pump outside. I’m writing this review on vacation so as it stands, I am more than happy with a Ingrams and I will be writing a further review. Once I get my heat pump installed, which is only gonna take about another hour totally happy with an rooms and I recommend buying off them instead of Lowe’s Home Depot, or Amazon.
