They need to follow app on any…

They need to follow app on any complaints instead of telling people that they're going to call them back and then just send an email to disregard them. Customer service is terrible. My equipment was damaged and Ingrams blamed it on the shipping company. And the shipping company says no. Ingrims has no business selling equipment that they know nothing about. I'm still waiting for that call back.
