Ingram has been great to deal with fast responses with great services. As for shipping I would gladly pay more to prevent it going through XPO. Shipment was estimated to be here the september 14th, called xpo was told that it got pushed a week maybe 2. So I'm leaving for a 5 hour round trip to go get it myself.

Quick response and delivery of 50' lineset and address for Mr. Cool to suggest they warn that they put a brazed joint in the tubing approx. 4 feet from the end fittings. You can't see it because of the insulation and it's easy to kink the tubing if making a bend near the 4 foot point.

The entire experience was amazing. Help in selecting equipment thru installation. Quick response on a problem and rectified that day. Will certainly buy again and recommend to all friends.

First time using this company and it won't be my last. Great answers to a few questions I had and very friendly help.

June 2021 I purchased: 12k BTU MrCool DIY Ductless Heat Pump Split System 3rd Generation - Condenser and Wall Mounted Air Handler Unit was installed July 2021. Just the facts: At just over a year old the unit started having problems and continued to have issues. - Sept. 2022 - control was not working properly. received new remote control from Ingrams. - Sept. 2022 - louver was not closing properly on indoor unit. received new vertical flow louver motor from Ingrams. - Dec. 2022 - fan motor barring going out - and making loud noise - unit not cooling properly. received new fan motor from ingrams. - June 2023 - unit stopped cooling completely - in July found out from tech trouble shooting unit that there was a manufactures defect (big leak) in coil of the indoor unit. after a bit of hoop jumping Ingrams sent me a new indoor air cooler unit. By the time I have the old unit changed out, my cost - for shipping, tech visits to figure out problems and have work done on the unit (to keep this unit working) I will most likely exceed my initial cost of the unit. Mr. Cool does not cover shipping of replacement part or cover any cost for tech visits or repairs. I can not recommend this product.
