The sales person I dealt with John had the information and knowledge I needed in reference to the type of AC unit. I wanted to install this go around. This is my second Mr. cool unit I have purchased this will be the only company I go through to make any future purchases, I like their honesty, professionalism and getting the product shipped out to me quickly.
