My order was shipped promptly and arrived reasonable quick.

My brother put in one of there units and told me about MRCOOL. I called Ingram water and air and talked to Tammy Barclay. She went out of her way to answer my question. I had figured out what units I was interested in after doing my research. Asked her to give me a quote, I had it in a couple hours. Then I found out that they have damaged units, classified by A, B, C. I asked for a quote for grade B units and had it in a couple hours. Called back in two days and placed my order. It took about a week for my order to come. In the mean time I did the prep work (level pads for the heat pump), ran my electrical, Ordered out side conduit from Amazon and pre painted to match the house. Follow the instruction, easy install. Saved about $16,000.00 doing it my self

It's the end of summer and of course the 19yr old AC that cant be serviced goes out. Getting replacement quotes was easy and to say the are proud of the equipment is an understatement. They all wanted $7-12K to replace the unit with same size that's still loud and not very efficient. As real knife twister they can have that new unit installed the next day. As an avid DIY'r I started searching the old interwebs and happened across Ingrams website. Low an behold they have a DIY solution to replace my busted unit with a slightly larger 3 ton vs old unit at 2.5 that is rated 18 seer and is only 55db(very quiet!!) for....Get this $3200 shipped to my door. I was able to put together a system and have it on order in just a couple of hours and two days later I put on my HVAC technician hat for the very first time. I would say this is a 3.5 out of 5 on the weekend warrior scale if its ur first time simply due to the head scratching and figuring out time which is more about making sure to do it right than anything. Once I had the forced air precharged coil in place then set the new condenser unit and ran the precharged lines it was back to the comfortable cool and low humidity environment us modern folks (wife and kids:)) have grown to expect. Would and will Definitely recommend as DIY project or to keep your scratch for that high priced (over priced to me) and only pay a professional to install it. Already planning for a ductless unit in my garage and shed which would be super easy compared to replacing the forced air system.

Working with Ingram's has been a pleasure so far. Although I have not installed the equipment yet, responses have been very friendly and professional. Questions answered very quickly. Found me the best solution and price to meet my need. And followed through with what they said they would do quickly with processing and shipping. Could not have gone better and thankful for Elizabeth helping me!

Bought a scratch and dent unit, got ready to install and it was wrong line set. Called and they said they’d happily exchange for correct set. Sent someone over and they wouldn’t exchange because they didn’t have the box, condenser, and installation accessories! Half way back to the job site, they call, apologize, and say come back warehouse workers were supposed to just simply switch line set. 3 trips later, unit installed and running. So if you get a S&D unit check box for accuracy before leaving.

Kenny was my salesperson - he answered all my questions thoroughly and provided tips for installation of the Mr Cool DIY 24K. When I decided to purchase, he gave me a quote for a Grade B scratch and dent condenser, which was a great value in price. Upon arrival, I inspected to see some scratches, dents, but instead only a few slight bent fins, that you really had to look extremely hard to see! I am still installing and I have a few more questions for Kenny. Every time I call, he answers and is happy to help!

This is the 3rd purchase in 5 years and each time it was seamless and easy. On a previous purchase I did confirm with their experts that provided needed info to ensure I was making the right choice. I recommend them to all that ask about A/C equipment needs.

Worst shipping prosses I’ve ever seen , ordered two weeks ago and I’m still waiting . Was told to call carrier to schedule a delivery time and never got to schedule anything with anyone , I was told the company would call me to set it up and never happened, I’m a week behind on the job because of this and other contractors are furious . This is an inexcusable practice in the industry by failing to deliver products in a timely manner. I may not use this company again.
