Ordered a 4 Ton on Friday and was shipped on Monday was informed through E-mail and was informed by the trucking company by phone of what was going on met with the driver on Wednesday made the pickup and had know problems everything went great

Very nice and quick service I have not hooked the furnace up yet so I don't know how it's going to be working but so far so good thank you

I had a few issues with Ingrams. They sent the wrong part & then I couldn't get support. I posted a review on Google & they contacted me. THEN they provided good solutions to my problems. They're a normal company working thru stuff. I'm satisficed & the Mini Split system works great!

I was having problems getting my delivery.after 25 days dealing with the trucking company. I called Cristina and it was delivered in 24 hrs. Great customer service. Thank you Cristina.

Should really let people know that their equipment is delivered by a semi tractor trailer. Couldn’t get up my driveway. Couldn’t cancel because I would loose too much money for restock. I will NEVER order from you guys again. Then I found it 1000 cheaper . So I am not a happy person right now!

Super courteous and helpful throughout the entire process. Always available to answer questions, but they did give e the wrong information. I was told I would need 8/3 romex to hook the machine to my house. I only needed 8/2. There is no place on the machine to hook up the extra wire, so I have to dead head the neutral at my circuit box and at the machine or AC disconnect. It cost me an extra $7 I didn't have to get the 8/3. More than a little disappointed.

The ordering, customer services, delivery and technical support is 110% superior to any other DIY I have experience. I never try any other brand. However, I have purchased three units (2 with one handler each and 1 with two zones. They are working great. And I would definitely recommend and help anyone who would need.
