Make sure y'all can get parts. I had to wait 3 months to get a part. I talked to several people and they told me they couldn't get the part. Jasmine Pino was the one that got the ball rolling. She was a great big help.

Everything was great until it was shipped to the wrong address. We had to go pick it up and reach out to strangers. It was a hassle. It was heavy. Little help from the sales rep. The person who took the order misunderstood the address. UPS delivered to a different Phillips family.

Incorrect part was sent, it was also a used electrical part. Long periods of time passed between emails and I still do not have the correct part, I have been told it shipped to me, I am waiting to see if it is the correct part. I think one thing that would help this issue is publish the parts lists for your customers. If you can not get parts the product in no good.

This was my first order and I was walked through the process by Ralph, who was VERY good. All communications were in order and the shipment arrived yesterday... Perfect
I phoned my order in on Friday 9/15. The customer rep was very helpful. Payment by credit card. The part was received exactly as ordered and shipment time was good (from KY to FL). Just a note on the notifications; I received shipping notice via email on Tues 9/19. I received the order on Wed 9/20. It would appear the shipment notification was delayed as I did not receive or pay for next day service. I would recommend Ingrams and would use them again.

Our geothermal system broke-down after many years of great service. We wanted a new one so we went back to Ingrams, where we had purchased the old one. We got the same great service as the first time around. They went out of their way to find us just the right system. They kept us informed throughout the process, even helped us find geo installers in our area (N. Ga). We couldn't be more pleased with, or thankful to, the great folks at Ingrams.

Great experience. The only thing was that I looked on website and it said you closed at 7:00, but when I got there at 4:20 the gentleman said that they close at 4:30. I traveled 2 hours to get there. It could have been a bad experience. Other than that, I love mr. cool

Outstanding, professional customer service from accounting ! The delivery was completed in more than a timely fashion, in perfect order, with the same professional manor. (and free shipping) I would ABSOLUTELY use Ingrams again for any type of HVAC needs. soo…. you pay for a service, you get above what you expected and they follow up with you to make sure your happy….. theres quite a few companies that could learn a thing or two from Ingrams business model!!! Good customer service from Lillian. Was very helpful and got my unit ordered and delivered without any glitches.
The price was right, especially for the A Level Scratch-N-Dent. Shipping was fast within 7 days. The customer service is excellent, they overlooked sending me the installation template and the correct thermostat holder with the shipping, however they promptly sent those out. While pre-ordering, the help line was essential in helping me choose the best unit for my application. I would order again.
