I've always been able to reach out to this company and get 110% what I asked for at an affordable cost and timely manner.

Placed the order around December, the item arrived in January, which sounds like a lot. But it was shipped from the US to Australia as a gift. Between making a custom printed item and shipping, it made it in pretty geed time as Inked was going through company problems. The print on the custom art desk mat turned out beautiful and durable. I also used Inked in 2022 for a custom art Yu-Gi-Oh playmat and it turned out pretty great. 5 star on that one. Aside from delays during internal issues, this company has been nothing but good to me.

I've ordered a few times from Inked, and while there was a slight wait on an order, the results have always been worth it; the playmates I ordered were vibrant, well made and most importantly were a hit with my friends (who they were gifts for). The one time I've reached out to customer service, the reply was quick and addressed all my concerns.

Website is great and easy to use. Products are of great quality as always. Other than being a little bogged down/ slow with processing and shipping everything was good. Please note my purchase took place during a large sale, so some delayed processing was expected.

I'm a trading card group breaker and have used Inked Gaming for my breaker mats. I won't go anywhere else! Their work and communication is always top knotch!

Inked Gaming was extremely helpful when I was getting my playmat printed. The bleed and resolution was a concern and we had to do multiple pass backs to get it just right. They were very patient with me and prioritized my satisfaction of the design.

Ordered a custom mouse pad. The image turned out great and I really appreciate the different size options. Would definitely order again.

I ordered a mat during their black Friday sale in November of 2024 and as of May 2025, it still hasn't shipped. Furthermore, their selection of in-house mats are littered with bad AI art and there's no way of easily filtering out this garbage. I WANT to like this store and support independent business owners but this feels like such a poorly managed operation.

The customization on mats makes this the best experience I've had when it comes to my TCG adventure! I've come back time after time to make my mats for friends and family! The quality is amazing and the print comes out beautiful! Next playmat to create will be Yu-Gi-Oh!

I have never placed an order with this company before, and I cannot guarantee I ever will. I placed an order in January. We are approaching the end of May and I still have not received it. Having delays, I understand, but the lack of communication is staggering. I reach out at either the beginning or the end of the month for an update. I have not received an email in over a month. I cannot even cancel if I want to.

I ordered a custom playmat with stitched edges. It was shipped the day after it was finished. Arrived securely packaged. However USPS took FOREVER!! But not anything they can control. Highly recommend there products! Zack A

The selection and quality of Inked Gaming's products are the best, and they are currently working hard to improve their customer service. In the past, their communications and efficiency has been spotty, but they have acknowledged and are working to do better. I wouldn't hesitate to order from them again.

I have gotten two custom mats from them. The quality was top notch, and the oldest of the two years later is still holding up extremely well.

Game mats were great quality and look amazing. Shipped on time and prices were good.

Communication still sucks…I again am past my expected ship date and again have gotten no communication on my order. I try using the support bot but I end up being left on read with a email sent asking how we did. I wanted to give in gaming another chance because I knew with the holidays it was rough for them, but after this experience, I am done.

This review was long over due. I ordered my playmats back in early November and was not shipped until mid March. This happened to many many customers and although I understand the situation, it was a poor 1st time experience. But this review isn't about the poorly planned forecasting or inventory management, this review is primarily about the quality. This company had build a reputation of have the best quality playmats. Only hearing about them in passing, I decided to make a purchase and was greatly disappointed. The color of the image wasnt as clear and vibrant as I had hoped. The the top of the play mat was poorly cut. Uneven. Like it had excess and quickly got a pair of scissors to trim it and very uneven. I bought another playmat on Amazon, using the SAME unmodified image. I not only received it within 2 weeks but the colors were more vibrant and sharper. Very clear and obvious especially on a side by side comparison. I'm more than willing to give inked gaming another chance but won't be for awhile.

I bought one mat on a whim and in the time since have gifted 3 and bought 5 more. Quality is great, art is clear and perfect. The cryptid newspaper ones are my personal favorites! Absolutely reccomend these guys!
