The mats look great! Shipping took a long time, but the end result was worth it.

Great mats. It took a while getting in but I haven't had a problem since and they're really good quality. I would buy again.

I’ve been using Inked Gaming for years. From the custom scythe playmat I first bought from them, playmats I’ve submitted images for, to full desk mouse pads for work and home they have always come through for me. The selection of artwork has always been second to none.

My experience with inked is that they keep communication open and keep the customer engaged and aware of what is going on with their order with them. If they can keep this as an hour integral part of the business model and acumen, they will prosper.

I ordered my play mat, on January 27, 2025, it is now May 26, 2025. I have emailed them over a dozen of times, with no response to any of my emails, no response to any of the order updates, and no feedback from their team on when my order will be completed. very very very poor customer service and all around experience for my first time using this company. I won’t be ordering again ever.

Playmat was better than expected! Extremely vibrant and clear with incredible service start to finish.

Anything I've ordered in the past has always been great. The mat's hold up great.

I've been using Inked for customized gaming accessories for many years now, and regardless of any product delays, they have always come through with exactly what I requested. The most recent delays were unfortunate, but due to the political climate that has made shipping materials more complicated, I can't blame this company for late deliveries. I love the work that goes into these customized orders, and I would by far rather continue support for this excellent company than suffer with boring, standardized, and poorer quality products by other companies like UltraPro.

When I ordered with them it was a custom MTG mat for my growing discord server. The product came out great. Everyone was thrilled about it. They may have misstepped over the last year. But if they say they are rebuilding and fixing it. I believe them. Give them a chance because they can make great products. They have done it before.

My order arrived quickly and safely packaged. The playmats are great quality and the images were clean with vibrant colors that really pop. Their playmat bags are also nicely stitched and are made from a nice tough material. Absolutely worth the money if you are looking for something unique and tailored to your interests!

Ordered a custom game mat. Delivery was delayed, but was worth the wait. The colors were vibrant and the image sharp. I am excited to use it on our next charity board game stream.

Inked Gaming recently asked for a review to help rebuild trust. Unfortunately, I can’t in good faith leave a positive one. My order took far too long to arrive—despite placing it over 2.5 months before Christmas, it still didn’t show up in time. What made it worse was the lack of communication. I reached out multiple times for updates and received little to no helpful information in return. No proactive status updates, no sense of urgency. It felt like once they had my money, I was on my own. Buyer beware—especially if you're ordering for a time-sensitive occasion.

Good communication and variety of product

They have made me a few playmats. Not the fastest shipping but the playmats always come out great give them a shot you will love your playmat.

I placed an order in January of 2025 and it is now August and have not received my purchased item nor have I received any communication since April. They are 100% a scam.

Great quality custom mats We've made several purchases with Inked Gaming and it was usually for custom playmats with our own artwork. The quality of the materials, stitching, and printing have always been top notch. We've used our mats for a couple years now and they're holding strong with no signs of fraying or fading.

Been waiting for over month, but that's not my main issue. It's the fact that I get radio silence when I ask about my order status and only get a bot response when I ask about a refund. Don't waste your time with this company.

They did not ship my order nor did they ever communicate with me.

I placed an order on June 25th. I got a notification about how it would be about 15 days to ship, which I understood and accepted. After 27 DAYS I ask for an update and was told it was in final stages and would be shipped in the next week. I then waited two weeks for my order to actually ship and now it has arrived after 7 weeks of waiting and respectfully asking for updates the whole time!
