I’ve been waiting for my order for over 5 months. This whole time their communication was pretty horrible, I can’t get responses or I’ve requested a refund, but haven’t gotten any sort of response for over 2 weeks.

Ordered 3 playmats and a bag in January. I have had no customer service outside of an ai chatbot, it's impossible to get a hold of anyone. This company clearly is not capable of fulfilling orders right now. Regardless, they continue to accept new orders and icing on the cake I'm still receiving emails for promotions and sales. Disgusting

I ordered a playmat in February and it still has yet to be shipped. Support does not even reply to any emails or chats at this point. Do not order from here.

I ordered 1 playmate and 3 playmat bags to give as gifts. It's been 6 months and I still haven't gotten it. Trying to get ahold of their customer service is horrible. You just get an Ai bot that doesnt even help. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN.

4 months with not being fulfilled. This is a scam, can’t cancel because of customer work, no customer service to call. Stay away!! Scam Alert!

Ordered over 10+ times, yes sometimes shipping can take a few weeks. But the quality is perfect. Size options are great and the image quality on custom pads are also amazing. Wouldnt go anywhere else for a custom mouse pad. Have been using for 4+ years and will continue using for the forseeable future.

Ordered February 3rd, order received June 13th. Of the 2 mats ordered, one was incorrect. Absolutely terrible customer service throughout the process constantly promising an update in a couple of weeks and then going radio silent. Will NOT be ordering from them again

I live in Europe, 5 months to finally come , shipment cost me at least 30 euros, final product came without packaging or any paper anything really inside the box the shipped it... It's not worth it at all, I don't recommend it. Very expensive, tiring to wait and worse unboxing experience...

No problems with shipping time or shopping the online store. The mats were amazing. I had no idea what I was missing playing without one. I'll be getting more in the future and maybe a mouse pad or two.

placed an order on 03/28/2025. I've still yet to receive my mousepad with no reply from support for 7 entire days. Each attempt at talking to support was "We have no update". disgusting lack of care

I ordered a break mat on April 11th. They said custom mats could take up to 20 business days to fulfil which was fine. After the 30th business day I reached out their support chat option and asked if there was any update. Still haven't heard back from that. We are not at almost 40 business days with no feedback or anybody reaching out to me. I have begun the charge back process and have reported the company for as a fraudulent company to my bank

0 stars for 0 service and 0 products in my hand despite today being the 24th business day waiting for them to ship. No response to email request for order cancellation and refund. Disputing the transaction with my financial institution. Save your money and your time and stay far away from this business. Update 5/17/25: They never replied to my email, but somehow managed to respond to this public complaint within 12 hours with empty platitudes. I did not bother responding. If they truly cared, they would’ve addressed the first email instead of hoping I’d waste my time sending another. In the end, I had to dispute the charge myself. They took my money, failed to fulfill the order, ignored my request for a refund, and left me waiting well past the timeframe they originally promised. It took over two weeks, but I finally got my money back through my financial institution. I’m done with Inked Gaming (Titan Mousepads LLC). I won’t be giving them another chance, and you shouldn’t either.

Inked gaming made and delivered excellent 3 quality play mats for my Christmas gifts last year. Unfortunately, there was a few weeks delay, but they kept a high standard of communication with me through the process. Customer service emailed me back within 24 hours and updated my order status and they continually sent out emails to customers to reassure orders weren’t forgotten and they were simply trying their best to meet the high demand. The stitched edging and print quality still looks brand new on all 3 mats after months of intense combat phases and board wipes

Ordered a playmat in January. Waited for 3 1/2 Months until it arrived. Was promised a Coupon Code for a Free Playmat when they caught up. Here we are a month later and no code or eta. :( Great product but, not so great if you have to wait several months...

There's not much to say.

Ordered custom binders, playmat, playmat holder, and carrying bag. Interface to upload and set custom art was extremely easy and user friendly. Entire process really was very simple. Items shipped quickly and arrived ahead of time and art matched previews. Quality continues to be the best out of all the game accessories I own. Bag and binders are durable and well constructed. Playmat with the stitched edge, clean looking and keep edges good. Overall great products, easy process, and efficient company. Would 10/10 recommend to anyone looking to get high quality game accessories.

Ordered a playmat, received it MONTHS later only to get the wrong playmat. Feel like I cant even reach out now. 2 days no answer so far... EDIT: 6/4/2025 Did what they asked by sending email, no reply yet... EDIT: 6/19/2025 No reply…

Excellent quality, and I like that they have taken accountability for their past poor performance. It seems that they are working hard to rebuild their reputation. I will purchase many more game mats very soon.

Ordered during the hight of delays. The lack of communication was frustrating but when they did respond they were helpful offering a refund and helping me to change my order address. The final product was exceptionally high quality, every person ive shown it to has commented on how crisp the print looks and i agree. Hope they can get their production issues fixed.
