Had some issues with my jacket and trousers I bought instore at their Norwich branch, I can honestly say Ibe never experienced such brilliant customer service in all my life. Extremely helpful and polite, Kyle is worth his weight in gold from that store.

I purchase a Cardo Freecom 4+ Duo to be able to use with my mobile phone and motorbike audio system on a BMW R1200 RTLE Just to note does not supply main plug to charge & on quick quide does not indicate how long to be charged for 4 hours charge before using for the first time .The positive things are the raised buttons and dial are good when you have gloves on . it was very easy to pair with second headset ,on setting it to audio/GPS was also very easy. Always check Cardo app for updates

Wish I had checked here before shopping there - i would echo the same sentiments below - just buy from Sportsbikeshop instead. Was very disappointed at buying in store at the Holborn branch recently where I wasn’t aware the returns policy was totally different from their online returns policy. Returning a pair of gloves unused with tags two days after purchase is not refundable, even if you mentioned they were bought to compare to the same glove in a different size already in possession. No help, no service, no point in shopping there. Stuck with a voucher now that I don’t want to spend there. Avoid.

Have ordered a few things online now, and the delivery is exactly as described, arriving within the time stated on the order. However, when possible, I buy from the Norwich store where the service by Lydia and her team is second to none. Nothing is too much trouble, and I'm always made to feel that my custom is valued. Prices aren't always the cheapest, but they have price matched when they can. If they can't, I simply shop elsewhere and there's no hard feelings.

Great service from Lydia in Norwich. I bought a helmet which had been reduced but was incorrectly priced. Lydia sorted it out professionally and in my favour, just as it should have been.

Bought a couple of shackle locks online last week, arrived next day. Great price as the locks were on offer and great delivery.

Very expensive! Good guys is shop(Norwich and Clapham), online shop is so so so miserable. Bought backpack and after two weeks I called to ask where my item is and I was told that they just wanted to inform me that is out of stock. Ok gave my replacement with Kriega which I was happy with until trip to Wales where all my clothes got wet. Kriega website doesn't say r20 is waterproof and Infinity website was saying twice it's 100% waterproof. I send an emial with details and screenshots. No repond but website was changed. Infinity you are providing misleading informations which is against law and don't even respond! Shame on you! Bought with you two full sets of clothing but never will be back.

I'll keep it simple. Bought item for a good price, told it would take longer to arrive due a "stock inconsistency", they're clearly just ordering from a supplier. And it seems that it wasn't an inconsistency as the item is still markred as "Available" on their site, even 24 hours later. Customers notice this stuff, don't try to bluff us! If it's something you order in, say so. I asked for a refund and was told it'd be passed on, I'm yet to hear anything from them. Even if it costs a bit more, go to sportsbikeshop, this place is a joke.

Ordered a pair of Rukka trousers, really good price and excellent service, they arrived very quickly and well packaged, communication was good although I never received any despatch notification, minor niggle, all in all great service and I would use them again.

I was after a specific motorcycle helmet. Staff - dealt with two - were helpful, professional, precise and accurate in their responses - oh yes and friendly! The goods were well described and staff were happy to double check important points. The product was very competitively priced, with free delivery and although the specific item was out of stock, it came direct from supplier with no perceptible delay. Very, very impressive. I usually give 4 stars for good performance but I honestly cannot fault anything about this transaction. Great stuff, Guys!

Popped in today for a quick buy on helmet and trousers and was offered good advice, good price and Ian was friendly and easy to deal with. Based on this experience I would be happy to go back again or recommend their shop at Holborn.

I shop at Infinity regularly and have always received a good service in store. However, the online service is, at best, poor. Infinity do not keep customers informed and the delivery time is excessive. I have had to chase deliveries (which seem to have been forgotten) and the customer service response time is excessive.

I put 2 legit price match enquirys in and was told one was out of stock, fair enough but the second one I was told "Unfortunately I am unable to offer the price match on this occasion. It is the case that Infinity Motorcycles have the right to withdraw the price match at any time." what a joke! why offer the price match if you are not going to honour it? Rubbish service from Mike Spinks UPDATE so you have never heard of M&P! 🐂💩 this is the reply I got: Garmin Zumo 395 LM and is also something we cannot do simply because the price is too low for us to match. The unit currently retails with us at £449.99 and the price match is £288.00. This takes the unit below are cost price and means that I cannot honour the price match. At that price with the competitor, I would be purchasing one immediately. I have also seen that another competitor is doing it at this price of £288.00. Purchased from M&P Outstanding service from them 👌

Visited the shop in Norwich and staff could not be more helpful. I have been trying to find a helmet that fits for ages, half hour in the shop and I've got a lid that fits like a glove. Staff very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Also price checked to see if can get any more discount on the price. I will definitely use these guys again. Thanks Bob!

I have recently placed 3 different online orders each more than 300£ worth. Only 1 order came in one day delivery. Latest order P42345 made on the 17th jan , it hasn't arrived yet. Either you are sending in cheap delivery of parcel force. Or parcel force sevice is PATHETIC . PLEASE RESOLVE THIS ASAP !!! Because of this delay i couldn't buy The bike as helmet is stuck in delivery

ORDER REFERENCE : P39806-15177 When I booked the order they send me an e-mail to validate my address and they cacelled the order, they though that it was a possible fraud. I send the document to validate it and booked the order again. Everthing was going well until the status was changed to 'Order Cancelled at Store', I tryed to contact with them many times but I didnt received any answer. For this reason, I just to see in my bank account and they return me the money of the order. I dont understand what has happened and why unilaterally they have returned the order without asking me. In this operation I receive less money due to the currency exchange, I thing they would have been better change the item.

they started new web page and all receipts for items i bought from them are gone.. issues sorted by infinity motorcycles promtly.. but cant give 5 stars, because there was issues :)

Visited the store in Norwich just to try a helmet for size, I found the member of staff to be really helpful and a joy to deal with, advised on the right size helmet, checked availability in the colour I wanted, matched the best online price and arranged to have the colour I wanted to be shipped to me... really pleased,

I've waited a while to write this to hopefully make it a bit more balanced. I also wanted to give some time in case they decided to call back (I did tell a manager how annoyed I was by this on the 'phone). I have previously dealt with them in Farnborough and they've been fine. I've bought my last couple of helmets and other bits there. Advice and help wasn't bad (though not amazing on helmet fitting either). No real issues. Ten days ago I emailed asking about availability of stock - no reply after 3 days so I visited the clearance store anyway. This is for a suit which was superseded by another which has also since been discontinued - so pretty old stock. I found the jacket I wanted was in, but not the trousers. They helpfully offered to get those from another store and call me when in. I didn't get a call but when I popped back a couple of days later they were there and the jackets put aside for me - pretty good so far. The jacket is on their web-site at full RRP and in store there's a label reducing that by 10%. I asked for a better price on the whole suit and was offered 10% off RRP on both jacket and trousers. I decided to leave it at that price. Then I saw the jacket on their ebay site two days later for 25% off. So I emailed the address on the ebay listing asking if they could do the same discount on the trousers (not listed on ebay). No response. So the next day I checked the ebay price again and then called at 12:24. Ebay team said I needed to speak to the store if I didn't want to buy online. Spoke to a chap and made my request again. At first he says they don't stock it because they are the clearance warehouse and he doesn't know what the ebay team are doing. I point out that I tried it on there last week. He needs to call the manager who was off site to see what they could do. An hour later I get a call back. Because the jacket is current stock they can't do the price I want, but he does improve further on what I was offered previously in store. He also says that the jacket is listed on their ebay page for full retail price. I know that's not the case as I'd checked at 12:20. So I check whilst he's on the 'phone. He's right. They changed the listing at 12:40 and increased the price up from the 25% discount I had seen to the original full retail price. Remember the price displayed in store is 10% off. It is very hard for me to believe that my enquiry and this change are unconnected. The number of items sold on their ebay listing had not changed. I might have bought at the price he offered me on the 'phone, but based on the games I think they are playing on pricing I decide to buy another suite elsewhere. Quite a bit more expensive, but I don't want to put money in the pockets of anyone that's going to be that deceitful. Make of it what you will. I've no problem of course with whatever policy they want to have on pricing, but I don't expect to be messed about like that.
