Very frustrating
I have been an occasional Infinity customer for some time and the experience has always been quite hit and miss. My latest transaction though was very frustrating and ultimately a failure. I bought a Tucano Urbano jacket online, taking advantage of the item being on sale and of a £10 voucher they gave to their customers for Easter. Next working day, I was contacted by their online sales team, informing me that the item was out of stock even though I managed to actually purchase it. They offered a different item, totally unsuitable. I then opted for another jacket, which was £10 dearer however they said they would not charge more - I thus thought great! My second choice arrived damaged, so I had to contact the online sales team who ensured me that they would send out a new one as soon as I'd return the faulty garment to a local store. I did so, only to be emailed again, to say that the jacket they sent me was the very last one in my size! I offered to take the damaged one back and fix it myself, as I really liked the jacket and had I known that it was the last one I would have kept it. Lo and behold, they refused and I managed to obtain a refund on the money paid - no mention of getting back the £10 voucher I spent... I'd say avoid if you are looking for a quality, hassle free transaction!
