I have used the Belfast store on a number of occasions over the last couple of years. On each visit I have been hugely impressed with the staff, their friendly approach, their helpful advice and their impressive knowledge of their products. My most recent visit was to try to find a product for cleaning my textile bike jacket. There seem to be a lot of conflicting views online but Gareth in the Belfast store was able to check and pick out the best product - explaining how to use it and also some tips on how to remove oil stains.

Always go to Infinity Belfast store for all my biking needs. Lisa and the guys are always happy to help and couldn’t do enough for you. Lisa has helped out on a few occasions making sure we get everything we need and at a great price.

The only motorcycle shop to shop in, first class service and wow everything you could need and what makes it very attractive to shop in is the price match and yes deliver to your door if your bit far away. Lisa can't do enough for you and great knowledge of bikers needs and of course the rest of the staff always looking to help and very friendly. Been using infinity belfast for a number of years now and it’s great to have a local store where Lisa and the team have so much knowledge and so helpful . Being a tad older I like being able to physically go in and view the products I’m interested in and their price match guarantee ensures I make my purchases in store . If ur in Northern Ireland make sure to visit Lisa and her team for all your biking needs and some good craic:)

I visit my local store very often, as it has a great selection of everything, staff are very helpfull, as well as this it has a price match promise, Lisa always is very helpfull, and go’s that extra mile, to educate me , on the products she sells, always enjoy going to the shop……Bill

A great company to deal with as they have some of the best employees that are on hand to help with questions and information about brands and motorcycle items. Lisa in the belfast branch has always been on hand to advise me and direct me on my purchase of motorcycle gear!

Being new to motor biking I knew very little to what kit I needed and on a budget. The team at infinity talked me through all the different makes and give me plenty of advice on biking. Lisa went over and beyond to help me get the best fitted gear for myself and some products for the bike to keep her clean. 5* service from the Belfast store. Certainly will be back.

Fantastic service on the telephone from their Oxford shop and great delivery too. I have previously visited the Oxford branch and it was a good experience - lots of stock, good advice and no pressure to purchase.

I have been using the store in Southampton for nearly fourteen years and found them excellent in their advice, willing to spend time so we leave as a happy customer.

This afternoon I visited my local shop in Watford. Great service from the team, especially Ruel on helping me decide on a ‘new’ helmet. My old one (Shoei GT Air) being over eight years old and whilst low usage, it was time to change. Ended up with another Shoei GT Air, but the later version with the optional sena intercom. Great deal but just as important was the excellent friendly and professional service. Well done 👍

Shopped here over the last 5 years or so and never been disappointed! This time it was a new Helmet, Terry assisted and was awesome, product knowledge, reasoning of what works and what’s right for me - couldn’t ask for more - Top guy and great choice and assistance - highly recommended A+++++

Team in Belfast are the best, and lead by a great manager in Lisa!! They are always on hand for any help I’m in, and the whole team have spoken to me at least twice over the years I’ve known them! Wouldn’t suggest anyone with a bike to go anywhere else in NI but here!!

As a member of the Belfast Advanced motorcycle group who meet every Saturday morning at Infinity Boucher Rd Belfast I can't praise Liza and the long suffering Guys highly enough, great patience & endless sense of humour. Excellent coffee as well 👌
