My first visit to the infinity store in Belfast. I am just starting out on my motorcycle lessons even though I am an older rider. I popped into the store to browse and get a feel for what motorcycle gear might cost. I bought a pair of gloves and was very pleased with my purchase and the advice and service I received from Gareth & Lisa. They were very friendly and full of enthusiasm and advice for me as a new rider. Excellent, first class service. I will certainly shop at the store in future. Aiden
I wanted to look at the range of intercoms in the shop. Lisa spotted a crack on my helmet and both she and Gareth expertly guided my choice of a new lid. They gave great tips and advice and the banter was great too. I had such a great experience and can't wait to test out the helmet and comms. Recently passed my CBT and so needed to be fully kitted out. Went to Infinity in Oxford and spoke with a young girl called Ellie. She was great from start to finish and really knew her stuff. Nothing was too much trouble for her. We started with helmets and she made sure I had the correct fitting, shape and style. She then fitted my helmet with the coms that I had selected. We then went on to the jackets and trousers. She was passing me different sizes and styles until I found the correct ones. Like I say, nothing was too much trouble for her. I would recommend visiting the store Infinity in Oxford and highly recommend speaking with Ellie. She really does know what she’s talking about when it comes to motorbikes. Such a friendly place and looking forward to my next visit.
