Bought some electric gloves Sadly faulty. Changed with no fuss whatsoever and were very helpful in finding hard to get batteries for the alternative I chose. No stress at all.

Peta helped me find a new helmet. She was so patient and didn’t rush me at all and explained things very clearly. Then fitted the intercom and pinlock for me. Super helpful and kind.

I've recently bought a trike and partner pressure mandated a helmet! I happened to be in London and decided to visit Infinity at Great Portland Street. I was very fortunate to be served by Brian. I explained that I wasn't familiar with the latest equipment and that I had a vague idea of helmet hierarchy ie Shoei being the best, probably. Brian explained thoroughly that the different makes had unique fitting characteristics and that the best fitting should be the priority and not the price-tag. He encouraged me to try each make to find the most comfortable and best fitting. He invested well over an hour in this process talking me through the benefits and pitfalls of each. As a result, I ended up with a helmet that is supremely comfortable and, with which, I am highly pleased. I am very impressed with the diligence and thoughtfulness diplayed by Brian throughout. His customer service is an outstanding example to all and speaks volumes about the recruitment ideals at Infinity. This guy is an asset to your business. Thank you.

Thoroughly enjoyed my experience with Lisa and Craig today, I’ve an odd shaped head and big feet and they were still able to get me sorted! The shop layout is great, staff are very informative and polite and kind .. will be back for coffee n craic!

I recently visited Infinity in Oxford. One word. WOW! They have a fantastic selection and the staff were ultra helpful and enthusiastic. It’s nice to see people happy in their work. I haven’t ridden in quite a while and Steve - who helped me choose and fit a helmet - couldn’t have been more helpful. What a great shop, I look forward to returning soon.

Infinity are good, but Lydia at the Norwich Branch is a stellar performer and has made me spend so much money and I have never regretted a penny. Nothing and I mean nothing is too much trouble for her and frankly if any business could clone Lydia they would have the proverbial army of elite sales force individuals. And what’s particularly nice is all the other staff are lovely too despite having to deal sometimes with unreasonable and obnoxious individuals, which I have observed. My wife is now also joining me as pillion and we are pleased to have Lydia’s excellent advice and input. She really is The BEST!

James gave us excellent service when choosing motorbike trousers and jacket and we didn't feel pressured to buy, also very knowledgeable with what we asked for. Definitely be back again. We had previously been to our more local store with poor results so can't thank James enough
