I’m returning to motorcycling after 3 years and since I’ve not been up to date with new gear and helmet brands I went to the Infinity shop in Chiswick and was nicely greeted by Krzysztof. He helped me choose the right gear and helmet for my bike. If anyone is in the same position, ask for that boy - He was very helpful and clearly knows what he’s talking about.

Lisa in Belfast is amazing with customers and nothing is to much trouble. Her product knowledge and willingness to help makes it a pleasure to shop there and very difficult to go anywhere else Kind Regards Eric Rosborough

Went to infinity Oxford store today for a new shoei nxr2 helmet I was served by James his knowledge and customer understanding was absolutely fantastic! He also got me a fantastic deal on My new helmet with visor and intercom. the price could not be beaten! I will be going back again soon to use my infinity points. 5 star customer service from James !

Craig and Lisa were more than helpful when arriving at the store. It was my first time buying motorcycle clothing. We rang through all the prices and rating and overall expectations of what I would expect from certain brands.

I am returning to motor cycling. I have not ridden for about 20 years. When researching the clothing and gear I needed I became overwhelmed. The choices I was presented with the make, price, suitability and the safety accreditation. Fear not, forget the endless searches. You can checkout their website but please if you are unsure about anything visit your local Infinitymotorcycle store. I visited Infinitymotorcycles, Barrack Rd, Christchurch and met Louis. About 2 hrs later I had a helmet, jacket, trousers, gloves and boots. Not the cheapest or most expensive. BUT all suitable for me. I spent a bit more than intended. But I will look great, safe and comfortable Nothing was to much trouble ( good coffee by the way ) for Louis. He possesses a vast knowledge and empathy. Visited the Oxford Store and was met by Ellie, who really knows her stuff. She is very helpful and extremely knowledgeable. She fitted myself and my wife with Shoei helmets, Cardo Edge comms and with gloves. Nothing was too much trouble for her and her real focus is on rider safety. We tried loads of items on and she was very honest with her advice which was most appreciated. I would strongly recommend the Oxford branch particularly Ellie and James too. Our experience was so good we took our daughter with us a second time and Ellie sorted her out with all her kit (see Lynsey's review below). Well done Oxford Branch!!!

I have visited Infinity, Chiswick recently to look for a motorcycle jacket as well as a helmet. Krzysztof has been very helpful & amazing in advising me what is best product & has helped me with sizing, and trying on the best fit for me. 10/10 would recommend, especially with Krzysztof's help. Amazing from start to finish .Will definitely be visiting again.

I recently went to infinity motorcycles belfast and was greeted by Graig and Lisa. I was after a helmet with Bluetooth communication system. Their excellent advice and expertise resulted in me getting a helmet I am really pleased with. Excellent knowledge and customer service. Would highly recommend. Thanks Ivan

In Belfast store today. Had a great experience. My husband bought a new helmet. Staff were very knowledgeable and helpful. He also bought new cardio system for new helmet which they fitted for him also in my helmet. They explain everything with great knowledge. 5 star service. Thanks Lisa Curtis Craig and Gareth. We will be back.

Gina assisted us when we came in to browse, she knows her stuff when it comes to bike gear. We ended up leaving with a new helmet and intercom to boot! Would highly recommend

Called in for a two piece wetsuit and was helped by member of staff, Craig. He was friendly and very helpful. I did not feel under pressure as I tried on different items until I found exactly what I wanted. First class quality service guys!
