Ben couldn’t have been more helpful. Busy on serving two customers at once. Nothing was too much trouble. Came away with Rukka kit, ready for the winter. Traveled from Worcestershire to their store east of Oxford. Just wish they would open a store in Worcester!

James at the Oxford/Berinsfield store. Outstanding service and pleasant way of helping. We had issues finding a helmet that would fit, with the features desired. James advised of all options and ‘built’ a solution for us. Patiently instructed us with setting up new comms too and we left, ready to use the equipment. Great that there are people out there who will take time, explain and work to find a solution if it isn’t ‘on the shelf’. Highly recommend that store and James particularly from this experience.

I have just returned to biking after a 7 year break, so my wife and I needed fully kitting out again. I cannot recommend Infinity Motorcycles Christchurch highly enough. The advice and amount of time they gave to both us chosing our new gear was fantastic. Better still, with their price matching, discounts and Infinity Points, they have saved us a considerable amount of money. Thank you gents!

I ordered 2 pairs of motorcycle trousers and both came very quickly. I decided to keep 1 pair and return the other ones. I had a slight problem on the returns order slip (online) so I called Infinity Motorcycles and they sorted the problem out. Easy return with FREE postage! Just received a notification to say the refund is being processed 3 days after i sent them back. This is my first time buying from Infinity and defiantly won't be my last. Any issues were sorted very quickly and everything else has been very good. Thanks @Infinitymotorcycles.

Popped in to Oxford branch to have a look at boots. I am aging a bit and needed something comfortable and easy to put on. Ben C was great: patient, knowledgeable and offered good advice. So yes did not buy the £100 boots or the £500 pair but somewhere in between. No hard sell but my new boots make such a difference to my riding. Many thanks Ben

Just been down today to get some new boots, staff were always welcoming friendly no pressure. Decided to buy some boots and mentioned I struggle with pant due to short leg the lady said hang on a sec I have an idea came back with an absolutely perfect fitting pair of pants. I was expecting them to cost a lot but they were very reasonable. I feel a lot safer now knowing my trousers are the right fit. These guys are amazing soooo much to choose from its gonna cost me a fortune haha

Called in to buy a new helmet at Oxford branch. Steve was terrific and offered a custom fit on a Neotec 2. Custom parts and Bluetooth unit arrived promptly and back in to collect. Ellie so helpful. Even commissioned the Bluetooth and set up my Spotify for me! Thank you Infinity.

Needed a new helmet looked on the website but then decided to go into the Oxford branch where Ben C was most helpful gave me all the information I needed and more I went home watch a few YouTube videos then went back the next day and see Ben I bought a new helmet and a Cardo he set it all up and couldn't have been more helpful Oxford branch ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Ben C ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Yesterday I visited the Watford store and was very pleased with my experience, they have a great range of products and very welcoming staff - Rue was great help in finding me the best kit for my budget. Highly recommend this store for all your biking needs.

I was looking for boots and a jacket. Peta was the sales person who assisted me. She was extremely knowledgeable of the different brands and helped me with the selection that worked best for my riding style. Peta made me feel catered too without pushing the product on me. Recently visited the Farnborough store to purchase some new gloves and found I had picked up a screw in my rear tyre on the way over. Henry was very knowledgable on the selection of gloves in store, and when I mentioned the screw in the tyre, he stayed late to assist me in using a tyre sealant product that I was not aware of, and I was able to ride home again! Really friendly staff and a nice store, very happy with my new gloves as well - thank you Henry!

Massive thanks to James at christchurch for the help with picking a helmet. The tech has changed massively since I last rode and he was extremely knowledgeable and respective of my budget.

Popped into the Christchurch branch to get some new kit, Sam and James couldn’t have been more helpful if they tried! They took the time to understand what I really needed for the type of riding I do, and got me in some properly fitting, top quality kit! 5* all around!

I have been shopping at the Christchurch store for many years and have found that everytime I go there Nathan and James always provide great customer service and have excellent knowledge of all products in store. I’m just starting out on my motor biking journey and I popped into the shop one evening. Rebecca was very knowledgable and guided me through the kit. Despite being a novice, there was no pressure to buy, but I will be back as I’ve got a voucher to enjoy from my riding school. I’ll definitely be back, thank you!
