When things go wrong …….. Picked a great helmet but it was a little too small. Wore it three times and had to take back . Nathan swapped for a large one which fitted perfectly . Really appreciate the great service as taking back a “used” helmet can be problematic with some shops . Thanks Nathan .. very pleased

Infinity motorcycles has one of the best and most well priced collections I’ve seen for a motorcycle gear store. Especially the helmet collection. The staff here is just absolutely the best in terms of knowledge and customer service. I’m purchasing a helmet from here from all the way over in india and the staff, especially Luke, has been the most helpful by constantly going back and forth with me on which helmet would be the perfect fit for me out of all the choices I was getting confused about. Threw in a little discount as a gesture of good will. Can’t get any better than that. Please make sure you shop here for the best collection and experience

I had an issue with a helmet I had only purchased 1 month ago so took it back in. I spoke to Carla who did everything in her power and more to exchange the helmet for me even though it had past the return date, but because of the issues with the helmet model before they made an exception on this occasion. I really appreciate the help and professionalism of the team at the Glasgow store and I will return for many future purchases. Thank you

I arrived early at the Glasgow branch, on a Tuesday morning and was greeted by Duncan. I was pretty sure I knew what I was looking for so I asked directly about looking at the Scorpion exo 930 helmet. I was pleased to be told that there was plenty in stock and Duncan led me to the rear of the store, where most of the helmets were on display. So just a case of getting the right size now, or so I thought. Today I found out that my head isn't quite the shape many manufacturers hope for. Unfortunately my chosen model just wasn't the right fit, either too tight front to back or too loose altogether. Thankfully, I had Duncan to exercise all his knowledge and expertise, to painstakingly work his way through all the available options, and find me a good fitting lid, that ticked all the boxes. Couldn't be happier with my decision to go in store over online shopping.

Steve ,James , Den, Ellie and Rebecca are simply fantastic. A dream team . I’m a woman over sixty who is starting biking with my partner and what could have been a daunting experience (as it is seemingly a male dominated sport ) turned out to not be so due to these lovely knowledge, kind patient and helpful people . All girls out there , this is the place to go to for fantastic biking attire !

Eli and his colleague was extremely helpful, helpped me with my new shoe gt air 2 helmet and put up the intercom system and the fog visor. Very helpful and gave me good advise on which helmet to chose to fit my head. Much appreciated

I was looked after today by Ben in the Oxford store. I would like to thank him for his time and resolving my issue with a garment I had issues with. I really felt he went the extra mile for me whilst I was in the store. Once again thank you Ben for all your help today.

I am a returning motorcyclist and have to completely get kitted out. I have been going to Oxford numerous times, each time all the staff have time for me and have been more than helpful. I also see them the same with all other customers, young or old alike. Ben has ordered items in that aren't on the shelves, and a jacket specifically to size. Can't fault there customer service.

Went into store not knowing what I needed for starter kit. Amazing service. Made me feel at ease. The Lady was called Lydia and she was very friendly, I would highly recommend. Answered all my silly questions and told me I can go in any time for help.

Absolutely fantastic service. Curtis was very patient and extremely helpful with us. Could not have asked for better service. Delighted with my motorbike jacket and jeans, great quality and very reasonable pricing. The staff would go to ends of the earth to get you suited right. Cannot recommend highly enough.
