I had No Gear and No Idea
I've recently bought a trike and partner pressure mandated a helmet! I happened to be in London and decided to visit Infinity at Great Portland Street. I was very fortunate to be served by Brian. I explained that I wasn't familiar with the latest equipment and that I had a vague idea of helmet hierarchy ie Shoei being the best, probably. Brian explained thoroughly that the different makes had unique fitting characteristics and that the best fitting should be the priority and not the price-tag. He encouraged me to try each make to find the most comfortable and best fitting. He invested well over an hour in this process talking me through the benefits and pitfalls of each. As a result, I ended up with a helmet that is supremely comfortable and, with which, I am highly pleased. I am very impressed with the diligence and thoughtfulness diplayed by Brian throughout. His customer service is an outstanding example to all and speaks volumes about the recruitment ideals at Infinity. This guy is an asset to your business. Thank you.
