I had a problem with the waterproofing of a gore-tex jacket that I purchased from Infinity back in 2018. Nathan at Christchurch infinity advised that although the jacket was out of manufacturers warranty, it should still be covered by Gore-Tex. Nathan set up the return for me, arranged (and paid for) the postage and handled everything perfectly making it as easy as possible for me. Gore-Tex offered me a refund as the replacement was not available. I went back to Nathan at Christchurch who found a direct replacement with a competitor. We sent the detail to Gore-Tex who bought the jacket from the competitor and sent it to me. Infinity understood they might lose the sale but they put my satisfaction first. Excellent Integrity. Happy customer!

I spent almost 2 hours fitting out with new kit from head to toe. Steve was incredibly knowledgeable about every feature of each item. He showed great patience as I tried different makes, styles and colour ways before completing my selections and left a very happy man. Longer trousers are being shipped from their Southampton branch in time for me to collect my new bike next weekend. Do I feel like a kid in a sweet shop? Somewhat.

Even when it’s really busy in Infinity Christchurch the guys there make sure we are served quickly but looked after throughout. Nathan especially goes above and beyond to offer advice and being a woman it can be quite difficult to find the right gear to wear on my motorbike but there was plenty of great options at Infinity Christchurch, at a range of prices too. He even let me sit on his bike to try out my tight leather one piece and my now new boots. Very happy customer as always!

We went in with a helmet and jacket in mind from the website. When we arrived Nathan I believe the manager was on hand for help, fitted me in some very swanky leathers and matching boots and a helmet to go with it, his service was above and beyond. When my partner and I left we had both been kitted out in full head to even letting my partner sit on his bike to “get a feel” for the kit! Outstanding! Even had a wicked sense of humour ! Will be returning forever

Popped into the Oxford store for some trousers and was helped by Ben who talked through the range with expert knowledge. I tried a few different recommendations and found a great pair! You can’t do this stuff online and so a huge shout out to a great team in store!

Called into store looking for Goretex boots. Spoke with Ben, who was very helpful and took me through items in stock. Decided I wanted to try them with my wet riding pants and arranged to call back the following day. Ben put the items away, pending my visit. Called back and purchased. Recommended because store has staff that take time to understand your needs and have the product knowledge as well.

Was getting my first helmeted fitted a few weeks ago and had a very helpful employee at the store close to me in huddersfield. Really great quality gear and service in general from Tom and the rest of the team.

Great service. Gareth was very helpful to me when I went to buy a helmet. Despite the fact that I had no prior experience, Gareth didn't just try to sell me the most expensive, or the one I liked the look of the most. He asked what I was looking for and tried to accommodate me while advising me of what to look for in a decent helmet and educated me on how to know if its the right size, I feel a little more knowledgeable than before I went in. Ultimately I made a good decision based on his experience and advice. He really knew the products inside out and was honest about the brands. That's what you need when buying such an important piece of equipment. There were also some great value prices on motorcycle clothing and will definitely be back.

As a beginner motorcyclist I had the best experience at Great Portland Street store! Staff was very friendly, attentive and gave me advices I needed to make my choice. Special shout out to Adrian who really supported us with choosing our first helmets, highlighted what needs to be taken into consideration when making the choice. Really appreciate all the help I got, especially staff staying overtime to help me complete whole purchase. Will be coming back to this store, highly highly recommend!

I recently had a waterproofing issue with a pair of Gore-Tex boots. Even though I had not originally purchased them from Infinity Christchurch I was directed to that store to have them inspected by the manufacturer. Nathan the store manager was incredibly helpful and oversaw the process of them being inspected and sent back to Gore themselves for testing. I had a very positive outcome on my boots, but the customer service at Infinity Christchurch is incredible, bikers looking out for bikers. Nathan you have gained a fan, a loyal new customer, and an advocate for your store. Thank you so much for all your help.
