Be very careful if you use this Company. When things go wrong, as they did for my cousin and myself on our supposedly “luxury” land and cruise holiday in South Africa, you will find that Infinity Cruises does NOT have Complaints Prceedures. You will only be able to get your complaint as far as Customer Services and they will block any complaint. In our case Customer Services stopped responding once we asked for our complaint to be forwarded to a Complaints Procedure and asked for Senior Personnel to examine our case. We had been badly let down by the poor quality and complete inappropriateness of the hotels we had been allocated by Infinity Cruise for 7 out of the 10 nights of the land part of our trip. This severely impacted on the quality and the enjoyment of these important days in our itinerary. The poor hotels, especially the last in Mauritius left us feeling cheated of the sun, sea and san experience we had been promised at the end of our holiday. I have found it impossible to contact any one at Infinity Cruises so I am now contacting ABTA with our complaint.

Infinity Cruises 1st class again . After dealing with Mike for some years I was very happy to deal with Justin who has taken over from him. Such a lovely professional man and helped us all the way through our booking experience for our next adventure, he kept in contact at all times and nothing was too much trouble, well done Justin. From 7 Ladies that like to travel.

Refund for missed transfer not being received

Transfer from Hotel to airport did not arrive so booked a taxi from hotel. Requested Infinity Cruises refund taxi fare. This has now been 6 weeks with no meaningful response

Infinity Cruises ensured we had a great holiday

I booked a tour of India and Celebrity Cruise Mumbai to Singapore with Infinity Cruises. Bobby D. helped me book the trip whilst I was staying in Australia so he had to cope with time difference etc. I had lots of questions before the holiday and Jacqui in Customer Services very patiently answered questions and helped. The hotels on the Golden Triangle tour were simply fabulous and all transfers were efficient and on time. Cruise Fabulous. I would certainly book with Infinity Cruises again - they made our holiday great 👍- thank you so much

oh dear

The chosen deal was extremely attractive and very good value for money. Deposits were paid willingly. The itinerary came back with passenger names spelt incorrectly. There were no explicit costs for each component holiday. Unfortunately, one of the nine travellers is now unable to travel and thought she would lose just the deposit. Not so. Apparently she also has to pay for the flight being cancelled, the cruise being cancelled and potentially other parts of the holiday. Infinity cruises will take the money she allegedly owes them out of the deposit that we paid because we booked as one couple and one single traveller on the same booking. They surely should have charged a deposit that covered the whole of any potential cancellation. We are currently in October and we don't go on holiday until the end of March, plenty of time for the providers to find other holidaymakers, I would have thought. I have found Infinity cruises to be quite ramshackle.

Benefits before and after booking different!!!

We booked our 2018 cruise due to some very attractive benefits included in the price. But afterwards not one was in the confirmation. When we questioned this discrepancy, Infinite insisted we book via Travelzoo where Infinity offered the same cruise at higher price with less benefits??!! Why would we do that paying more for less?? We were made to feel greedy when we wanted what we were sold. Staff blamed error and confusion by colleagues from other departments and offered for us to have these benefits at a cost or we can cancel for free only within 30 minutes of our phone call. These benefits included was clearly stated in Infinitie's website which now have been removed as a result of us bringing this to their attention, but we still haven't got what we paid for. We were miss sold. We are regular cruisers, booked many times with cruise agents including Travelzoo, but never experienced such confusion and treatment.

Simple booking process and great price

Phoned for a quote for an Australia and New Zealand cruise and was amazed with the price quoted vs other cruise booking specialists. The booking and deposit process was quick and efficient and the paperwork with confirmation arrived electronically the next day.

Communication...none.

i received my itinerary and booked connecting travel and airport lounge accordingly.I only found out by accident (friend booking same hol)that my schedule completely different.Had to cancel airport lounge,now have to book a night in a hotel,left two voice mails and an Email and no body return calls.I know from time to time things have to change but after paying over £5600 for a holiday i would have thought the customer should be informed....

Really impressed with Infinitycruises

I received excellent service from Michael. He was helpful, efficient and professional with a friendly manner, taking time to listen to my questions and make sure I was happy with placing my booking. When I had a query a couple of days after I made my booking, he rang me back within only a few minutes, advised me I'd receive an email within 15 minutes, which I did, and he rang again to check that I'd received the email. I'm really impressed with the service I've received.

No call back or response to e mails

Shocking customer service .They just do not follow up or call back. they take your money then no more contact or response.Our sales rep was rude and arrogant to us.When we had major issues and complained the senior manager we were totally ignored. Avoid at any price. Can not trade like this for much longer

Failure to respond to a an e-mail prior to the holiday

I complained about the fact that I was not initially told that the return flight from Seattle to Heathrow was via L.A. and that this incurred extra flying and airport waiting time. Had I known I would never have booked the holiday. My gripe is that I did not even receive a reply.

It is not possible to adequately express my anger with the dreadful non service provided by Infinity cruises and it's staff.

Fly cruise Manchester Dubai/Shanghai Manchester I emailed that I wanted to fly on Emirates and after much chasing by me Infinity offered me suitable flights on Emirates, which I instructed them to book. Months later and a few weeks before departure Infinity sent me a confirmation for Manchester,Paris Dubai and Shanghai Paris Manchester on Air France, this shortly after the Paris terrorist attack ??? !!! I phoned expressing my outrage at their poor attention to my booking and not following the instructions I had clearly given them, and after a supervisor had taken over the heated conversation I was offered suitable flights on Emirates, but now I had to pay another £100 per ticket. Added to this was that Infinity said they were not allowed to give visa information to their clients in connection with a cruise from Dubai to Shanghai and touching India. In my view there was no adequate service provided by Infinity cruises they just wanted to take bookings.
