Be very careful if you use this Company. When things go wrong, as they did for my cousin and myself on our supposedly “luxury” land and cruise holiday in South Africa, you will find that Infinity Cruises does NOT have Complaints Prceedures. You will only be able to get your complaint as far as Customer Services and they will block any complaint. In our case Customer Services stopped responding once we asked for our complaint to be forwarded to a Complaints Procedure and asked for Senior Personnel to examine our case. We had been badly let down by the poor quality and complete inappropriateness of the hotels we had been allocated by Infinity Cruise for 7 out of the 10 nights of the land part of our trip. This severely impacted on the quality and the enjoyment of these important days in our itinerary. The poor hotels, especially the last in Mauritius left us feeling cheated of the sun, sea and san experience we had been promised at the end of our holiday. I have found it impossible to contact any one at Infinity Cruises so I am now contacting ABTA with our complaint.

Infinity Cruises 1st class again . After dealing with Mike for some years I was very happy to deal with Justin who has taken over from him. Such a lovely professional man and helped us all the way through our booking experience for our next adventure, he kept in contact at all times and nothing was too much trouble, well done Justin. From 7 Ladies that like to travel.

Refund for missed transfer not being received

Transfer from Hotel to airport did not arrive so booked a taxi from hotel. Requested Infinity Cruises refund taxi fare. This has now been 6 weeks with no meaningful response

Infinity Cruises ensured we had a great holiday

I booked a tour of India and Celebrity Cruise Mumbai to Singapore with Infinity Cruises. Bobby D. helped me book the trip whilst I was staying in Australia so he had to cope with time difference etc. I had lots of questions before the holiday and Jacqui in Customer Services very patiently answered questions and helped. The hotels on the Golden Triangle tour were simply fabulous and all transfers were efficient and on time. Cruise Fabulous. I would certainly book with Infinity Cruises again - they made our holiday great 👍- thank you so much

Efficent friendly service

I booked the latest cruise in June 2015 was impressed with the service from the young man I dealt with and today I was contacted by Infinity Cruises and once again was treated courteously and in a friendly efficient manner. Have got all the necessary information for peace of mind with espect of this cruise. Have booked with Infinity before.

Booking a Cruise

We were comparing prices for a cruise we wanted to take and Infinity gave us the best price. All the staff we dealt with were very helpful but Manan in particular went to a great deal of trouble on our behalf to make sure everything was right for us.

Good Flexibility!

The superb cruise itinerary was significantly improved by Bobby at Infinity, who helped us to "tailor make" the flights and ground arrangements to suit our specific requirements. This was done quicky and effectively and we now have a programme we are really forward to.

Satisfaction

We found Infinity cruises to be a friendly bunch of people. Initially we had some issues which were looked into and sorted out. We are a couple of senior citizens who have booked a cruise for their 50 th Wedding anniversary. We have been looked after by Jamel who has been very respectful and understanding with our worries and put our minds at ease.

Fire and ice holiday

We were looking forward to our trip and were not disappointed. The hotels were good and in good locations. The cruise to Alaska was great and the ship was also good as was the itinerary. Would not hesitate to recommend this trip. It was well put together and although it was a lot of travelling it was well worth it.

Outstanding Customer Service!

I just booked a cruise with Infinity cruises & found that they couldn't have been more helpful. Right from the start we were given good advice with no pressure to choose things straight away. We had time to look at the choice of ship, itinerary & reviews before booking. We were also told times of flights, airports & hotels straight away. We thought Bobby was a great advisor & very knowledgeable. All our documentation is through & we are really looking forward to our trip. We are pleased with our connecting flights from our home airport too. Many Thanks Infinity!
