Spoke with Ryan D, who was very helpful in explaining about the benefits of switching to full fibre and making getting the ball rolling on my switch over easy. Polite and well spoken.
The staff were very polite and helpful, the call was answered and my query dealt with professionally and quickly, no waiting on hold etc...A good service.
I was unclear regarding the installation process and thought a landline with additional cost was also included in the installation of my broadband. However, speaking to Freddie via chat online helped clarify my concerns as he provided me with all the answers I needed....

internet and everything was fine when i used it in september 24 but i have since moved out, i gave them notice and tried to cancel via landline and email but have since been charged every month since, i have emailed them countless times to cancel but no response at all so ive just had to delete the direct debit. i can not call as i work the same hours that they’re open so email is the only option and i have had no one get back to me for 7 months

When I got through to the right agent, things went well with good listening skills and a decent degree of flexibility on offer. Reasonable value and clear explanations made.
I originally had high speed broadband speed via NoOne Internet, who were brilliant... However, they got bought out by Home Telecom, who now supply the service. This is a summary of what's happened this past week... Last Friday at a few minutes past 8 in the evening (notably after the customer service team had finished for the day), I received an email from the Home Telecom billing team telling me that my payment was overdue, despite me having a monthly direct debit set up to send the payment a week or so earlier. I checked with my bank who confirmed the payment had been sent and received. This email from Home Telecom threatened an extra £20 late payment surcharge and also threatened disconnection if payment wasn't forthcoming within 48 hours (ie, 8pm on Sunday). I quickly sent an email off by return on Friday with details of the payment that had been made, and yesterday (6 days later!) received a short email from the customer services team confirming that they had indeed received the payment, and that the next payment would not be due until the end of this month... "Thank heavens, that'll be the end of the problem, surely" I thought. Well, it seems I was wrong... This evening, again after hours (making it impossible for me to easily rectify the issue), I've received yet another email from their billing team telling me I've not paid them again! What an absolute shambles of a billing system they must have, it's causing grief and anxiety which I don't need, my daughter is preparing for her GCSE exams and needs the internet for research and revision, and again I'm threatened with disconnection! Seriously, what on earth is going on?! I try not to leave negative reviews, but honestly, when a company mishandles their accounts like this, what other option is there? ++ EDIT ++ Well, one week on and guess what? ANOTHER DEMAND FOR PAYMENT!!! This is ridiculous. Sort it out, for goodness' sakes.
Had great chat with Ryan Dancer. He explained the new Full Fibre contract to the best of my understanding. Very polite on the phone. Thank you Ryan.

I’ve been with HomeTelecom for 8+ years and I am absolutely happy and pleased with the service. Never ever had an issue !!! Today I spoke with Ryan D. Which helped me with moving the service to the new address. Absolutely such a kind and professional and polite guy, can’t say enough good words as he is absolutely brilliant and amazing in explaining all the details and what comes next. As a new customer, I was impressed with the way Norbert in 1st level support both understood my difficulty in finding where exactly I specified the required Vlan parameter within my Asus router configuration and stuck with me until we had a live connection. I have taken a screen shot of where the parameter is 'hidden' within the IPTV manual entry as I'm sure to forget this.

I submitted a request to have priority booking for the installation in the new house, the support person booked an earlier date for me with a fee. Later they sent me an email of the date which was offered to me for the free installation
