no customer service
internet and everything was fine when i used it in september 24 but i have since moved out, i gave them notice and tried to cancel via landline and email but have since been charged every month since, i have emailed them countless times to cancel but no response at all so ive just had to delete the direct debit. i can not call as i work the same hours that they’re open so email is the only option and i have had no one get back to me for 7 months
