Excellent support for Asus Vlan parm.
As a new customer, I was impressed with the way Norbert in 1st level support both understood my difficulty in finding where exactly I specified the required Vlan parameter within my Asus router configuration and stuck with me until we had a live connection. I have taken a screen shot of where the parameter is 'hidden' within the IPTV manual entry as I'm sure to forget this.
