9 May: Updating this review from 5 stars to 1 star because after I moved in, I find out I have two broadband now… I was advised by Jay that the broadband he registered for me is the one provided by the building, but it is not, I confirmed with him again and again in the call, but he mislead me, now I have 2 broadband, it is extremely difficult to contact LettingHub to resolve the issue!
Due to your representative’s misleading information, I am now facing an unfair demand of a 24-month cancellation fee from Home Telecom. I hold The Letting Hub responsible for the miscommunication and financial loss, and I am requesting that you resolve this with the provider or cover the cost if Home Telecom refuses to cancel.
