Grant in the retentions team was amazing. I was ready to leave & go to a different company, he listened to the issues i had & could do nothing but come up with solutions until i was happy, so happy indeed i signed up for another 24 month contract. What a legend this guy is for the company, just goes to show that if you talk to your original supplier before you jump ship that things can be so much better.
