Very poor customer service
Had a boardband service 40mmbs/sec for 28£. Tried to contact the company using the helpline to request a speed increase. Each time even after waiting in the line for more than 20-30 mins the call gets dropped. Finally got tried of it and decided to change the boardband provider. After disconnection the mail bag to return the router didn't arrive for two weeks. Tried several times to contact the customer service it is none existing. Finally the mail bag arrived more than two weeks after the dissconnection had taken place. I immediately mail the router, but today I received the email stating that they will be charging for the router. and even though close to one month has passed I am yet to receive the final bill. Customer service is so poor that I really regret getting the service from this company.
