Poor customer service
Was migrated to Home Telecom after Cuckoo Internet sold their customer portfolio. Decided to switch away after they sent me an abrupt email advising they were putting up my monthly charge by 10% “because Ofgem allow them to”. This also meant they were more expensive than a competitor offering broadband speeds of 4x theirs. After changing providers, I was then billed by Home Telecom for a further 12 days after the switch date (even though I hadn’t been in contract for years so was free to leave at any point). Emailed them twice to ask them to amend the final bill to the correct date and issue a refund, and have still had no response several weeks later.
